The final Elite Fly-In of 2026 took things to the next level 🔥

Supra Human was built to make people stronger everywhere it counts. Your body, your business, your family, and the way you show up when nobody’s watching.

That’s what this weekend was about.

Our Elite clients challenged their bodies, their minds, their standards, and left ready to rewrite what they thought was possible.

And when the work was done, we closed it out with a night that was nothing short of spectacular.

If you’re done with average, you know where to find us.

GO GET WHAT’S YOURS

Many neurodivergent athletes aren’t struggling because they lack confidence.

They’re struggling because they’ve spent years being corrected.

Sit still.
Pay attention.
Stop doing that.
Why can’t you just...

Over time, those messages often become your own internal voice.

So when a mistake happens in training or competition, it doesn’t stay as a mistake.

It becomes evidence.

Evidence that you’re not good enough. Evidence that you’re letting people down.
Evidence that something is wrong with you.

The athletes I work with often don’t need more confidence.

They need to learn how to stop turning every mistake into a judgement about who they are.

If your gym footage looks ashy and flat, fix it in 30 seconds on your iPhone. 📱🎥

Here are the exact settings I used:

• Filter: Dramatic
• Contrast: +10
• Warmth: +9
• Tint: -10
• Sharpness: +3
• Definition: +10
• Exposure: +1
• Highlights: +3
• Black Point: 28

Save this to try it later!

The amount of work needed to maintain muscle, is not going to be the same as the amount of work needed to build muscle. However, high effort is going to be required in both instances!

When you take on responsibilities in life, whether it be family, business etc. Lack of time can be a barrier when it comes to fitness. However, if you want the outcome, the work will need to be done.

Like any priority in life, time is allocated to ensure it gets done. The same applies for your fitness. Review your week, allocate the time, and get the job done 🏋️‍♂️.
