My body is not an unmarred temple. It is journal… a road map of my life. Every scar, every bruise, every broken bone tells the story of my life. I am me for a reason.

What a journey…100 jumps in the books. This sport has become so much more than a hobby. I love everything about it and I can’t wait to see what the future brings!

Your identity isn’t who you are. It’s the story shame wrote about you.

Most men don’t have an identity problem. They have a worth problem.

You’ve built the resume. You’ve hit the numbers. But somewhere underneath all of it, you’re still defined by the things you’re not proud of.

That’s not identity.
That’s a cage.

The work isn’t doing more. It’s deciding who you actually are, separate from what you’ve done or failed to do.

That’s where the real shift starts. 🔥

You’re not alone

It’s not uncommon when a man is going through or has gone through something very difficult, that he isolates, pulls away, and carries a significant amount of guilt and shame.

I was that guy

Our past does not define us

I have found so much freedom is sharing ALL parts of me, especially the ones that I’m not proud of.

I have so much respect for Men who have the courage to tell the truth, take off their mask, and are willing to step into the fire and take accountabilty 🫡

Mad respect for @_kimsey_ for sharing his story 🔥🙌🙌

Six months ago, I took the leap into skydiving, and I haven’t looked back since! The thrill of freefalling is incredible, but it’s the amazing community that makes every jump unforgettable. Here’s to new friends, endless fun, and adventures that are just getting started! 🪂#skydiving #freedom #adrenaline #life
