After 3 years on the board of @teaterhuset and 2 years as chair, I have stepped down, as I sadly don’t have enough time anymore 🩵
I’ve learnt so much about leadership, about running an institution, and how to create the best space for young theater people to thrive and develop.
It’s been an honor and it’s been the best time, with the best people 🥲
Thank you!
Luckily I get to pass the torch on to @frederikkeschioldann & @carl_asmussen and the rest of the new board, and I couldn’t be calmer 💫

ps the best people:
@teaterhuset @sasjatjerrild @katrine_balle @frk_spile @barbararousset @vitamille @miajuhl @julijanepetruska @schledermain @baldrian_sector @amaliepw @ditte_haubro @flip_bagatel_sublim @kenttonsgaard @kristinemariemp @hherrmmann @kaptajn_over_et_vildt_hav #teaterhuset

The space that surrounds*

* collection of notes written about space through an expanded field of related topics and interests. The notes have emerged from conversations between @fri.dance and @flip_bagatel_sublim and were further accompanied and interpreted by illustrator @fuenteseca .

All of us live in different countries. We have found interest in spatial logics, agendas and deviations on various scales, from everyday life to urban vegetation and contemporary dance. With these notes, we do not expect to make a certain asseveration on space but rather use it as a starting point, from where to think together in the form of vignettes, quotes, lines of thought and associations that we share with you.

Nye tider i vente.

Exploring the plastic landscape in the belly of the beast!! Today 25 cubic meter styrofoam was unloaded, gathered and brought to P44 - Performance Hub! In the next ten days, these huge piles of waste will be the scenography of the exhibition and will consumed by mealworms.

Remember we have OPEN STUDIO the next six days from 16-18.

Thanks to @affald_plus_test and thanks to @sydhavnsogn for the help 🩵

🪱🪱🪱 We are happy to finally kick off our coming events in relation to our residency collaboration with design laboratory x4a_lab and our co-collaborators! During a may-residency we have been a team of researchers exploring the habitat of mealworms and their ability to digest styrofoam. The research raises questions about our relationship with consumption and consumerism. But it also investigates how we can learn from, and collocate with, other species, in a rapidly changing and extreme environment.

Obs. The space is not possible to enter with wheelchair, unfortunately.

The project is in collaboration with @sydhavnteater, @cph_stage @copenhagenarchitecturefestival and supported by @sharingcph. Artists/researchers @m.kirkegaard @andreaougaard @jens_fugl @ellidot @elliotandrew__ @mn_ark_ @inxects @magnusniss3n @mallow.mi @flip_bagatel_sublim
