A BIT OF EVERYTHING 😆

Started off with a breakfast alongside some sensational views, then led the first class of the day at Cardio Crazy with the community. Everyone grafting, energy was high from early.

Then later on I managed to get some miles in along the beachfront, restored my body with good food and then it was Sip & Paddle for the evening.

And I think that’s what I enjoyed most about this retreat. Yeah we trained, we worked hard, but there was plenty of time to just enjoy ourselves too. Switch off a little, connect, laugh, dance and just be present.

Can’t be serious all the time 😂

Life is for living 🙌🏽

Getting deeper into l running sessions and recently hit 2
Track sessions in the past 5 weeks…now this is nothing major to all of my runner friends but for a guy who loves him some weights…this is a milestone.

Still a beginner at most things, but humbling myself drastically this year to bring out the best version of myself in the future.

Push yourself.
Stay uncomfortable.

That’s where the growth is 😤
