🌟 Is masculinity under attack? 🌟

I would say so. Our foods are filled with estrogen, testosterone is at an all-time low, and men are being vilified for being too masculine—too outspoken, too aggressive—and bred to be soft and passive in our Western culture. A lack of initiated men is a real epidemic. At ManCamp, we see this as an opportunity for men to rise. 💪

Growth comes from stretching beyond one’s comfort zone. Are you willing to sit in a circle, confront your darkest shadows, and be held accountable for real change? This isn’t for the faint of heart—it’s for men aspiring to become the greatest version of themselves.

Our mission is to inspire action, bringing men back into sacred brotherhood and contributing to the rise of healthy masculinity. No more men dying in isolation from suicide and depression.

This is a call for brothers ready to embrace a new vision of masculinity—one that honors strength, vulnerability, and emotional intelligence.

Many leaders, wisdom keepers and brothers ready to stand in their power are joining for this inaugural festival to amplify the brotherhood movement on our region. What are you waiting for?

Are you ready to step into your full power? Ready to redefine what it means to be a man in today’s world? The time is now.

I normally cut up these workouts into a montage with music but I felt this raw clip deserved to be uploaded.

The truth is that there’s a lot more that goes on behind the scenes and polished outputs that most posts present.

Big shout out once again to my brother @_lenbenoit for reflecting and pushing that inner fire beyond my limits 🤺✨💪🏽

Two bodies…one rhythm.
Iron sharpens iron.

Explosive jumps.
Sleds pushed like we’re moving bloodlines.
One-handed Turkish get-ups…because control under chaos is the point.
Inversions to finish…because power without balance is incomplete.

This is what partnership in the gym looks like.
Not hype…not ego…not distraction.
Just shared intent, shared suffering, shared growth.

Spartan blood remembers.
Scorpio energy endures.
Determination. Resilience. Relentless focus.

We don’t suppress aggression…
we alchemize it.
Pressure becomes power.
Intensity becomes discipline.
The gym becomes the forge.

Train with people who make you stronger in spirit…not just stats.
This is brotherhood in motion.

1,776 steps. One powerful purpose. @wwfcanada
We climbed the CN Tower for a cause — and every single person brought heart, hustle, and heat.

From our youngest climber to our oldest at 75 years young, this wasn’t just about reaching the top - it was about proving that movement has no age limit, and community has no ceiling.

FiTHOP isn’t just fitness.
It’s family.
It’s empowerment.
It’s movement that matters. 💥

Team FiTHOP showed up, stepped up and shone bright.
From our youngest climber (13) to our oldest (75), every single step up those 1,776 stairs was for something bigger - movement, unity, and a cause we believe in.

Huge love to our sponsors @freshouse.juicebar for keeping us fueled and @iongraphix and @pinkpirateco for outfitting us in fresh gear. 🔥 You helped us become one of the most recognized teams at the event - and the energy was undeniable. And @seacriscilla for capturing the magic! 📸

To every climber, supporter, and soul who contributed:
You made this climb unforgettable. ❤️‍🔥 @wwfcanada

A girl and her team @fithop did the #cntowerclimb ☝🏽

We did it for Nature @wwfcanada @wwf

And for me, I personally highlight empowering the children #ourtomorrow as part of that cause!

So inspiring to see our youngest (@m_misssm 13yo) of the team climb and conquer at 20 mins!

And our next youngest gentleman (Shai 16yo) did it TWICE! Beating his first time climb of the day at 14mins and 14 seconds!!!!

And our eldest Dr.Stein at 75 years young also completed this climb!

How inspiring to see us wake up at 5am on a MF Sunday 🤣🤌🏽

No but seriously, to push ourselves physically, emotionally, mentally, #spiritually together in #community for a common goal was something special ❤️

New levels, new devils! And we turned those demons into angels climbing to the top!

Thank you to all of our sponsors! Especially @freshouse.juicebar the cold press organic juices did wonders! It was well needed!

My favs are BlueMajik and I Am Luscious! Tropical goodness in a glass bottle!

Thank you to the @fithop family for this event, coming straight from their #eurotour (crazy resilience #missioncompleted ) and above all,

Muchas gracias to the family I call team 🤟🏽

Gratitude, presence, and deep stillness😌

Len Benoit, founder of Sacred Huddle, visited Zee Float today and experienced our Fire & Ice Room, followed by solo breathwork and quiet reflection in our meditation space. He gave himself the gift of being fully present, staying to soak in the peace and leave feeling grounded, full, and deeply Zen.

Len is a powerful guide in the wellness space, holding men’s groups, ceremonial circles, and transformative retreats through his work in bodywork and coaching.

Thank you, Len, for sharing your presence and gratitude with us today.

No shortcuts. Just mind, body, and relentless intensity.

Think you can handle this level of training?
