It’s back, baybeeee. The @airlinerbar has lived a number of lives through the last century. After closing in spring and with roots as a celebrated music space and venue in the underground scene, it just reopened as a new restaurant and bar with chef-partner @allinvinh at the helm. The “pan-Asian izakaya” cuisine includes Shanghai-style triple onion noodles, beef rendang done up in the style of a lobster roll, hojicha tres leches with roasted rice powder, crispy rice buried under herbs and panang, black sesame rice krispies treats, citrus salad in nuoc cham dressing, and more.
