BUSH DÜF makes a triumphant return to our favorite Danley sound system with a venerable lineup of local DJs. Featuring a mix of first-timers at @silobrooklyn and previous party presiders in a much-anticipated big-room b2b, expect another astounding night of cosmic, colorful and cathartic techno till the fog and floor must clear.

SUPER WAV (@coreyhindin) treats us to a techno-tilted opener as our first SILO debut. A music-lover in every regard, he wields a wide-ranging palette spanning psychedelic house, jackin’ acid and many genres defying easy categorization. Evoking the universal in even the most esoteric sounds, his thoughtful curation scouts selections and selectors alike as the organizer of @rippleworldwide, a downtempo mix series, and SynchroNYCity, a recently-established party built around revisitations of timeless records.

@emmafine_ then takes us to midnight and beyond with her propensity for expressive propulsion. The driver behind Bossa-based BUCKLE UP BABY is more than just a hostess of high-energy rhythms, but a mesmerizing mixer of dense layers and direct emotion, seamlessly navigating improvisation and authorship. Her acoustic acumen is not to be missed on a sound system like SILO’s, which is why we’re thrilled she could join our party for the first time in what is also her venue debut.

Ben Zo and @steenschmidt are back with their biggest b2b yet. Each attuned to the nuances of the stadium-sized sound system at-hand, their respective experiences as DÜF director and Open Decks ombudsman promise unique uplift in this space familiar to both. Their symbiosis as selectors dates back half a decade and today finds its broadest canvass yet with 6 decks between them and several points of sound around them.

@diojgarcia returns to the DÜF after a few years away with his unrestrained range and freewheeling finesse. With roots in Miami and branches touching upon many of Brooklyn’s seminal parties, the @acid.mama co-organizer is a dependably heady architect of groovy and glistening sets spanning animated acid, blistering bass, deep house, Detroit techno and more. We’re eager to have him as the final venue debutant, and in the main room, no less.

This Wednesday Cove is touching down at @happyfunhideaway once more, bringing you as always left-field anti corporate non commercial dance music.

This months is @primordian_'s BIRTHDAY, and we will be celebrating all night. All proceeds will be going to Dan's Charity of choice, so make sure to support the bar!

We have a new artist playing Cove this month, no stranger to happyfun and a perfect match for our ethos: @_lorenzob . Their @bushduf party series is a cornerstone for underground dance music in Brooklyn and we are thrilled to have them on a Cove lineup, Be sure to catch their opening set.

THIS THURSDAY, myself and @_lorenzob host open decks at the new venue @xtcbushwick for our first times on their covered rooftop. Beat the heat with us and come check it out!

15 minute slots, all genres welcomed, sign up with Steen in person at the event. Slots will be selected randomly throughout the night, an hour before set time. DJs will be asked to transition from the previous DJ as best they can to avoid long silence. Three Pioneer CDJ 3000s and a DJM A9 mixer.

Free with rsvp online on Resident Advisor, otherwise $5 door fee. 21+, full bar available.

Peace Ramen b2b Tsaifan open our evening with their celebrated sense for cutting-edge curation. The NO SIGNAL [@nosignalnyc] founders are best known for their eponymous mix series, which has since grown into a global platform and multi-modal community organizer, but their somatic storytelling as selectors is no less dialed in. Anticipate from them a riveting entanglement of mind and body.

Ben Zo then takes over with his cinematic set construction. The DÜF captain has no qualms harmonizing unexpected influences including acid, ambient and even Italo with even the most tunneling of techno. He leads us deeper into the wormhole with his bespoke ability for arranging vastly different waveforms.

threez confidently scopes the cosmos with their precise yet expressive command of otherworldly rhythms. The Lot Radio resident and Hybrid Identity co-architect purveys propulsive, prescient sound with an enlivening intuition for the motherbeat in its many mesmerizing forms. Whether it’s bouncy psychedelia or searing emotionality, anticipate both celebration and introspection in equal measure from this local rarity.

Constructible then concludes our occasion with their exhilarating attunement toward imaginative worldbuilding. The virtuosic multi-hyphenate lands our us on a planet fit for home with their talent for mixing velocity and veneration. Expect tender, captivating soundscapes from the final debutant of both venue and the party until the fog and floor clear.

We’re back this Saturday at our favorite high-altitude DIY hideout after nearly two years away. We’re shelling and shredding till sunrise, a glorious greeting for the longest day of the year.

@jelacruzjeffrey b2b Super WAV (@coreyhindin) open our occasion with their expansive and mesmerizing taste. Individually adroit selectors with a love of waveforms to levitate to, their sound expanses everything from acid, Latin, new wave, and of course, techno.

@dissolved.grl drives us fruther with her sense for the deep and dubby on one hand and the spritely and IDM-influenced on the other. Expect hypnotic 4x4 that draws upon this range.

@_davidlunch_ returns to the DÜF after more than a year. The local quicksilver brings his enthralling intuition for atmospheric prog and relentless momentum to a peak-time pinnacle.

Ben Zo closes with a dawn set. Anticipate unexpected flashes of color from the DÜF director to illuminate any wormhole till the fog and floor must clear.
