Some days, in their modern habitats, humans hardly move at all. But there is hope… 👀

Just 15 minutes of movement can make a difference & lift your mood.
A walk. A run. A stretch. A dance. Just move.

𝗪𝗶𝗿 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝘇𝘂 𝗴𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗻, 𝘂𝗻𝘀 𝘇𝘂 𝗯𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗻.

Was mir 15 Minuten Bewegung geben?

Tu das, was dir gefällt. Ganz ohne Leistungsdruck.

𝗪𝗮𝘀 𝗴𝗶𝗯𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗴?

4.3km beim Business Run in Wien!

🇬🇧 Sharing values 🫂

com·mu·ni·ty /kəˈmjuːnəti/ noun (plural communities)

1. In digital networks and social media, a group of people who share specific interests, passions, goals, or professions and who interact regularly through digital platforms (social networks, forums, chat rooms, online games), regardless of their geographical proximity.

2. In sociology and anthropology, a collective of individuals living in the same area or united by social, cultural, economic, or emotional ties, characterized by a strong sense of belonging, shared values, and mutual support.

3. Way, way more than what you find in the dictionary 🤭 because some things are difficult to put into words ✨

Menuda resaca emocional arrastro...

Ahaztuko ez dugun kapitulu horietako bat zalantzarik gabe. 🔐🥺
