Hi I am Ann-Elisabeth, I’ve noticed some new followers and thought I’d introduce myself through a few memories.

I am a passionate pilates teacher in love with the possibilities pilates gives me in my daily life and activities. In addition to pilates, I love spending time outdoors with friends and family.

In 2009 i opened Ren Pilates Studio. My expertice lies in a solid understanding of and education in The Pilates Method. My studio is a fully equipped classical studio which offers independent group workouts and privates in studio and on zoom.

Ren Pilates also offers workshops and teacher meetings called «Treffpunkt» for all pilates backgrounds. The goal is to support the pilates community in helping teachers find a strong self practice and develop their own voice in teaching the work of Joe Pilates as close to the roots as possible.

Ren pilates is co-owner of The Pilates School of Oslo. The school has direct lineage to both Jay Grimes and Romana Kryzanowska and aims to stay honest twoards the legacies that were given them in teaching The Pilates Method.

I started my pilates training in 2005. Jay Grimes and his legacy has been my inspiration for years, training with different teachers as well as Jay. In 2016 I was encouraged to apply for «The Work» at Vintage Pilates, which I graduated from in 2017.

My goal is to teach in a fun an educational way. Through pilates I aim to give you an optimal training experience and body awareness. I will guide you as you bulid a strong self practise for functional movement. People training at Ren Pilates are of all ages and backgrounds, sharing the joy of movement through The Pilates System. And I love them all!

Join me in my studio, on zoom, a workshop or the International conference in May 2024. I’d love to get to know you😀
