Adele’s fears were that the language barrier or her hip injury would hold her back.

She was brave enough to do the course in spite of these fears and soon learned that yoga has little to do with fancy asana and everything to do with transforming our minds and our whole approach to life itself.

Our training strikes a clear balance between asana, pranayama, philosophy and meditation and we ensure that every individual is taken care of according to their unique needs.

It’s remarkable to watch this process unfold in each and every one of the people who journey into the yoga tradition.

If you’re feeling ready to start that process for yourself, join us our next course.

Pay your deposit to secure the early bird price ending in just 6 days.
