New vegan bakery in Bath? Yes please 🙌

Arrived just before closing to snap up the last few pastries 😍
really enjoyed the cardi bun, carrot cake and mushroom roll especially.

Good to see a vegan business thriving and I can’t wait to come back and try some more 🥰

We went up to Alexandra Park afterwards - what a lovely Sunday. 💜

🔗 Follow the link in either my bio or Amy's bio to book for the workshop 🔗
-----------------------------------‐-----------------------------------

We've been planning something special ✨️

Please join Amy @nutrition_for_joy and I for a special evening workshop at @_morso_bakery in Bath on the 17th of November, from 18:00 - 20:00.

The workshop will focus on how to support your mind and body with simple practices to bring more calm to each day. We will cover nutritional advice, EFT tapping, breathwork and sensory strategies.

Ahead of the busyness of the festive season, give yourself the gift of time to pause and nurture yourself.

During the workshop, you will be able to enjoy divine food and drink from Morso Bakery (if you haven't been yet, do yourself a massive favour and pay them a visit! Thank me later)

Together with the Morso team, Amy and I will create a space for you to slow down, unwind, and feel held. You will receive practical, balanced and actionable advice and support, and potentially a few little surprises too...

I met Amy in December 2025 when she became the first person to join the @consciousbookclub_bath
I was starting up. Ever since that first meeting, I knew she was someone I wanted to work with. I was touched by her empathy and warmth, and have always admired her balanced, grounded approach to health and wellbeing.

Morso Bakery was the natural choice of venue, as I've become a real regular. Their food and drinks are phenomenal, the team are some of the most friendly and welcoming people I've ever met, and their venue is so cosy and beautiful.

For more information, please email either of us: cait@alignedhealth.co.uk

And the queues were OUT THE DOOR!! 🥹🌱

It made me SO happy to see an endless queue of people waiting to buy pastries made without exploiting animals.

I honestly don’t think most of the people queuing even realised the entire menu was plant-based.

This should be the norm. We don’t just want more vegan options, we want a world where animals are left out of all menus entirely.
