Prost to Fort Worth Oktoberfest 5K! 🍻🏃🏻‍♂️‍➡️🇩🇪

I’m definitely not in 5K shape like I’ve been in the past, but we got it done! Still a pretty wunderbar day. 😉

Great time seeing my fellow ambassasdors, helping out with registration and awards, and celebrating! 🙌🏻

Had fun checking out Oktoberfest afterwards too! Bratwurst, bier, live music, polka, dachshunds, stein hoisting... basically everything you could want after running a 5K! 🍺

Walking Challenge with the Run Project Ambassadors! 🚶🏼‍♂️‍➡️🚶🏼‍♀️‍➡️

I asked my fellow @runproject ambassadors to walk while keeping one foot on the ground at all times, and here's the result! 😂

(Yes, you can just walk normally and it will work 🤪)

Too Hot To Handle by @runproject was living up to its name! I was gassed near the end but @_movemodavid gave me the boost I needed to gun it to the finish! Set up prior to the race for @hsuchiro and assisted with warm up before running and then worked on a 30 participants. Came in 1st in PANDA 🐼 division 😂

Please use and share my code: POOKY at the next RunProject event Oktoberfest on 9/26/26 in FTW

If you need a tune up you’ll find @hsuchiro during the week at Banner Wellness located at @tbarmtennisacademy and @bannerhousedallas

Warming up for #toohottohandle10k tomorrow. It’s been about 10 years since the last time I ran in a 10k race. 😬 #runproject

Thank you to our Run Project Ambassadors and honorary Ambassadors-for-the-day for coming out to work this water station for AMPT Hot Trot half marathon! Organizing a race takes a village and a half, and it’s always great to see running companies supporting each other. Yinz are the best Pickle Juice distributors out there!

Water you looking at? 😏 Melon-choly? Never heard of her! 🤷🏻‍♂️

Had so much fun this morning at the @runproject Melon Dash 5K racing as a watermelon! 🍉 Took this as a fun run and enjoyed catching up with so many friends and fellow ambassadors. I loved hearing all the cheers along the course from other runners and spectators. 🙌🏻

All smiles for some melon miles! Stay juicy friends! 🤪

The next Run Project race is Too Hot To Handle on Saturday, September 12th! Don't forget you can use my code KEVIN to get a discount on your race registration. 💸 Don't miss out! Hope to see you there! 👌🏻

Melon Dash 5k 🍉

Temps were in the low 80s with 78% humidity at the start. The plan was to run this race at goal marathon pace (8:30 min/mile), and I ended up hitting it perfectly! Such a great morning with my @runproject family!

11 weeks til @berlinmarathon!

Happy Global Running Day! More photos from the Too Cold to Hold Race 📸🥶

2 years of running and enjoying the process!

Running has helped me stay focused. It taught me that anything is possible especially when you put in the work and have faith in God.

Taking things to the next level this year 💪! Back at it this weekend for Chicago Half Marathon!!
