Pilates Classes of the Week ✨

Three amazing instructors, three different styles, and one incredible studio! 💪🩵

Each instructor brings their own unique energy, challenges, and expertise to every class. That’s what I love about Bloom—every session pushes me in a different way, and I always leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and motivated! 🧘‍♀️✨

Different instructors, different challenges, same love for Pilates! 🤍

Some days you show up feeling strong. Other days, you show up because discipline takes over when motivation doesn’t. 🧠✨

I wasn’t feeling my best mentally or physically, but that little bit of metacognition kicked in—the ability to recognize how I was feeling without letting it make the decision for me.

So I showed up. And somehow, it turned into the BEST Pilates Tower class with Bella. 🤍

A reminder that you don’t always have to feel ready. Sometimes you just have to show up and let your body surprise you.

Tower hour is our favorite hour. Meet your new favorite spring-based workout. ✔️🤍 Tower pilates is all about controlled movement, resistance, and that signature pilates burn. Let’s Bloom.

These legs were made for walking… but after this Pilates Chair + Mat class, I’m not making any promises. 😂🫠🦵🏼

If you see me walking like a baby giraffe today, mind your business. 🤣✨

And because the outfit is half the motivation 🤍✨ Pilates fit details are linked below 👇🏼

When you have 3 minutes to undo a 50 minute class, enter the Pilates pit crew. 🏁🙃

One movement, different ways to explore it.

These photos show how a familiar Pilates exercise can change when you take it from the mat to the equipment. The Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, and Ladder Barrel each offer their own support and challenge.

Pilates is a whole practice. If you have access to different apparatus, try making space for them in your routine—you may discover something new about a movement you already know.

Speaking of birthdays… could not have had a more perfect day celebrating with all of my favorite people! Truly felt so special to be surrounded by so much love & great energy. Thank you to everyone who showed up & showed out for my birthday - whether celebrating in person or sending your well wishes, I appreciate you all more than you know! 🥹✨💕

Special shoutout to - the best Pilates studio & teacher there is @bloompilatesstudioli @_movewithbellaa ! One of the best things I discovered this past year was Bloom & I am so grateful for that. You’ve created such a beautiful community with the most amazing space, teachers, & support. I couldn’t have picked a better place to ring in this next trip around the sun. It was so much fun to have all the girls there for our very own special class! Thank you again for everything & for making my day so special! 🎉🧜🏼‍♀️💪🏼😘 #birthday #pilates #poolparty #celebrations #blessed
