POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Here are some highlights of what I got at BICS over the weekend.

I thought I'd have the spoons to tag the artists responsible but did not find time due to how busy things were after the convention.

Still very proud that I got to support my friends, peers, artists I follow and new people I met.

If anyone sees their piece of art I bought, feel free to let me know!

I had a wonderful time at BICS and can't wait to go next weekend!

my piece for the Witch Hat Atelier brimhat AU fanzine, “Forbidden Magic” by @chapter_56_ (and other lovely artists) !! Context for the piece below !!

Thank you @_moynin_ for inviting me to participate !!

I deeply resonated with Riche’s narrative in the story, and I felt her becoming a brimhat would probably relate to her experiences with rejecting others’ magic, and building her own world (for better or for worse- i guess it would just be “beyond” human limits, and very isolated)

The little girl inside me that wanted a version of this life so bad is jumping up and down and squealing! The support I receive daily is overwhelming but on Aug 27, 2024, all of my people were in the same room together and I didn’t realize that amount of gratitude I’d have for it. Thank you to everyone who attended the premiere for “Puppeteer.” Until next time 🎬🩷

Happy Mid-Autumn Festival! 🥮🍁

Fall is truly in the air, which means it’s time for one of the biggest holidays of the year in Chinese culture! The Mid-Autumn Festival is a time of harmony and remembrance where we spend time together with loved ones over a meal. We eat mooncakes, eat special fruits, and more to celebrate — and today, we are graced with a super harvest moon AND partial lunar eclipse to gaze at. 🌕

Swipe above to learn more about the holiday, its traditions, and legends. Make sure to visit our Chinatown bakeries to bring yummy mooncakes back home!

Wishing you all a great Mid-Autumn Festival. 🧡
