I was speaking on Customer Service and how important it is to the survival of your shop and our industry. We MUST HOLD EACH OTHER ACCOUNTABLE!!! And we must do it with the utter most level of humility.

A BIRTHDAY THOUGHT;
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift from God, which is why I call it a present. To open this present as a promise that I will live life to the fullest and help others up along the way. 29 years today of owning my own shop #tanglesandlocks .
The HATERS said "He wont make it past 6 months" Statistics say start up businesses most likely wont last past 2 years. Proved those theories wrong.
Barber Family The best REVENGE is MASSIVE SUCCESS!!!!!!! Happy Birthday/ Anniversary to me :)
I would like to thank all barbers and stylist for all your support and picking up my book #pocketgame all of you are true blessings to me.

"Your world expands with generosity, compassion, inventiveness, and service that you contribute. Money that is spent or given away returns multiplied. The more love that is given, the more hands are strengthened and empowered to help. We can help each other to be winners. We can all have food, and jobs, and love, and happiness"Jonathan Huie
Barber Family our hands can touch lives from beyond the clippers. If we just open up our hearts and give a little time and a little bit of yourself. This can change another persons heart of even their circumstances. As a Master Barber its a part of my duty and my ministry to help uplift, motivate, educate and offer helping hand to our brothas and sistas that are down. No matter if they are behind bars or beyond the walls. You are not forgotten. It's our mission to touch as many lives of barbers and non barbers. We are in the Hope Business Family. Please continue to support @dlmasterbarber @boomzworld
@jesselima while we go on this journey to touch lives.
I thank you all for supporting all of us.

In Miami yesterday, Cali today fresh off the plane dropped in on L.A. Barber College. You know I had to get it in. You all know Master Barbering is my Ministry. It doesn't stop until this industry unify and all other industries respect our craft. With that being said we must start at the grass roots, the best place to start is at the student level. Remember it takes a village to raise our young. I would like to thank all the students today for their energy and enthusiasm and the administrator for having me. Dont forget what I told you today family you are all winners in my book. And most importantly master your craft. Always exercise kindness and integrity throughout your career. God bless you all.
