“You two must go way back.” 🤍 That’s the funny part… we don’t. We missed each other’s childhoods, the teenage years, and all the questionable decisions in between. There are entire chapters of our lives we’ll only ever know through stories. And somehow, she feels like someone who’s been in mine all along. There’s no forcing it, no pretending, no keeping score. Just a friendship that feels easy, genuine, and so naturally us. The kind where you can pick up right where you left off, laugh until your stomach hurts, and feel understood without having to explain every little thing. It’s funny how life can bring someone into your world long after you thought all your important people had already found their way to you. Maybe we weren’t meant to grow up together. Maybe we were meant to find each other exactly when we did. And now, I genuinely can’t imagine my life without her. 🥹🤍 Some friendships are built over decades. Others just feel like home from the very beginning. Turns out, you don’t have to go way back to be your person. You just have to find each other. ✨

Body composition update 📊 @netodonatti cooking in the coaches lab. Program on point 🔥 200.5 → 197.6 lbs in 5 months. Only 2.9 lbs on the scale, and that’s the point. Reverse diet: ✅ . Calories are back up and my weight is steadily rising. Now the goal is a lean bulk: add weight through muscle while keeping fat in check. The foundation is set.
