It’s a new month so you know we got new goals!

Today my brother-in-law joined me at the gym for a good hour workout session. I had to take it easy on him today because it’s been a while since he’s been in the gym 😂

But we got to it in & had a great workout today 💪🏾 Hopefully he’s not too sore 😆

This morning was a win.

I took Monday through Thursday off because I wasn’t feeling well and honestly, I’ve been fighting to stay consistent while navigating everything life has been throwing at me lately.

Depression is real, and some mornings the hardest part of the workout is convincing yourself to get out of bed.

But today I made it.

Started with my usual 10 minutes of cardio, worked through some arm exercises, hit the leg press, and finished strong with abs.

I got off the treadmill around 5:57 this morning and didn’t leave the gym until much later. Not because I was chasing a perfect workout, but because I needed to remind myself that I can still show up for me.

One workout won’t change everything.

But giving up definitely won’t either.

So today, we keep going. 💪🏽

Leg day was the mission today 🦵🏽🔥

Focused mostly on legs and abs, with a couple arm exercises mixed in just to balance things out.

Definitely felt the burn today, but the work got done.
Slowly building strength, stamina, and consistency back up.

Lately I’ve been trying to rebuild consistency in the gym, so having my wife @_mrscocoaqueen join me today meant more than she probably realizes.

We started with cardio, then got into our own workouts—glutes for her and full body for me.

Moments like this make the journey feel even better.

Got a dope workout in this morning with my bro @emancipationelly

My guy was in town so you know I had to pull up on him. Definitely got a good pump 💪🏾 in. Hopefully we can get in another workout tomorrow 👀

But sidenote, if you are looking for/needing life insurance hit my guy. His business is @syckenterprise and he can get you situated, he also can point you in the right direction for debt consolidation.

Started the morning off right to a productive day‼️💪🏾

Some days the body feels tired.
Some days the mind makes excuses.

But growth happens when obedience is louder than emotion.

With God leading the way, I’m choosing to keep going.
