Como fazer o diálogo dar certo no relacionamento:

1. Evite a inundação emocional: Durante uma discussão, quando perceber que os ânimos estão fora de controle e nada bom vai sair dali, apenas afaste-se e recomece depois. Uma boa briga nem sempre é uma briga que vai até o fim, mas aquela que sabe quando parar.

2. Seja administradora das emoções: Nem todos os seus sentimentos tem a ver com seu relacionamento, analise se você está insegura, triste, desesperada, por outros motivos.

3. Entenda que homens precisam de clareza: Não espere que ele entenda sua postura, suas expressões faciais, suas indiretas. Seja específica na hora de fazer um pedido ou uma crítica.

4. Tenha hora para certos assuntos: Não adianta repetir o tempo todo um mesmo assunto, ou falar de problemas na hora do almoço ou do lazer. Nem tudo precisa ser falado exatamente na hora interrompendo um divertimento ou o trabalho.

5. Escute mais: Quanto mais escutamos, mas o outro sente que compreendemos a respeitamos. Quanto mais escutamos, mais questões são respondidas sem necessidade de interrogatório.
Quanto mais escutamos, mais evitamos reações e julgamentos precipitados que causam feridas que podem interromper o diálogo para sempre e, colocar fim em uma história de amor que nem saiu da primeira página mas, tinha tudo para ser um livro.

When composing music, one has to let himself be immersed by the creative waves of inspiration, so that the listener can catch a small glimpse of the whole inner world that is being explored.

The composer is creating more than just rhythms and melodies; he is painting images and depicting scenes through sound so that the listener can travel with him on the same journey, and, for a brief moment, can share the same space.

They are both intrinsically connected, as the message without the recipient is devoid of its purpose, other than mere self-expression.

In this adventure, the producer and the mixer share the same role: it is to allow the authenticity of the composer’s story to permeate by emphasizing its greatest elements in substance and form.

In 2009, I had my first real shot at joining an amazing signed band: NEURAXIS. At the time, I didn’t feel I had the technical skills required, since the musical drum parts were as challenging as it can, coming from from a regular rock/metal background. I quickly understood that this was a once in a lifetime opportunity that could flourish into many ways!
.
A serious bike accident put my preparation to a halt, as I got hospitalized for 2 weeks only a month prior to the audition date. When the band showed up at my rehearsal space for our first meeting, I had to go sit behind my drum kit using crutches! I could barely walk, but I could still somehow play the parts with fury! .
The determination the band saw in me, paired with the time I had spent working on the difficult songs, made it possible for me to finally join the ranks. To this day, my path still bears the fruit of this decisive life event, which opened the path for me to be playing with many other great international bands like @belphegor_official , @keepofkalessin , and since the last 7 years, Kataklysm and Ex Deo.
.
These are tough times for everyone. Only the relentless among us will “bite the bullet” and find a way through this mess and overcome the challenges ahead. .
Crazy times like these are the best to re-center, re-focus, re-evaluate your priorities in life and take your determination to the next level and face adversity hands-on. .
