Strategy chooses the battle. Tactics help you fight it. Most people confuse being busy with being strategic, but activity isn't direction.

Swipe to see the real difference between choosing where to focus and knowing how to execute, and why great organizations need both.

There was a season between December and January that was extremely difficult for me. I was low in a way I could not properly explain. I hate to admit it but I think I was almost depressed. (I say almost because one time I was sitting in my home and I heard the word depression. So I stood up and rebuked it). And that was when I knew it was time to step away.
‎
‎But after I left, a different battle began.
‎The battle of comparison and the subtle regret of why I didn't just stay because of what felt like the benefits I was getting- the financial stability, the sense that at least I was doing something. It started to look like maybe staying would have been wiser.
‎
‎While pondering over these thoughts, a scenario in the scriptures came to my heart. In the Book of Exodus, after the Israelites were delivered from Egypt, they entered the wilderness. When hunger and discomfort set in, they said: “Oh, that we had died by the hand of the Lord in the land of Egypt, when we sat by the pots of meat and when we ate bread to the full! For you have brought us out into this wilderness to kill” — Exodus 16:3

‎They began to wish they had never left Egypt. The Egypt they cried to God to rescue them from.
‎Why? They were hungry. The journey was uncertain. The benefits they remembered; food, shelter, routine, familiarity suddenly looked attractive.

‎And I saw myself in them.
‎I was beginning to long for that same place where I was clearly struggling simply because of the seemingly rewards. But that reassurance was not worth my peace. It was not worth what God was building in me.
‎
‎The wilderness did not mean God made a mistake. In Book of Exodus 16, He sent manna from heaven. In chapter 17, He brought water out of a rock at Rephidim.
‎He had it all planned out!
‎
‎May we never get to the point where we blame God for bringing us out of something unhealthy simply because the next season feels uncertain.
‎May we trust Him in the middle.
‎May we trust that manna will fall.
‎May we trust that water will come out of dry places.
‎
‎Egypt had all the goodies but it was still bondage.
‎Hold on, the promise is ahead. 🤍

When life feels heavy and nothing seems to fall into place, it’s easy to lose perspective. Yet even in those moments, God is still present. He remains our hope, our anchor, and our unshakable foundation, even when circumstances suggest otherwise.

Dark seasons can feel like walking through thick fog—you can’t clearly see the path ahead, but you know you must keep going. This is where faith becomes essential. Faith is choosing to trust God’s plan, even when it is not yet visible, and believing that He is working behind the scenes for your good.

In this new year, instead of focusing on what’s going wrong, shift your attention to what remains true. God has not left you. He is guiding you, strengthening you, and holding you steady through every step of the journey.

Here are a few gentle reminders for those difficult moments:
Hold firmly to God's words and promises, even when it feels fragile. Hope has a way of reigniting strength.

Take one step at a time. Progress does not require speed—only persistence.

Notice the small blessings each day. Tiny moments of goodness often carry great meaning.

Lean on community. God often brings encouragement through family, friends, and trusted companions. Oh, the gift of men!

God’s presence is like a steady rhythm beneath the chaos of life. Even when the noise feels overwhelming, His purpose remains constant. He is quietly aligning things in your favour, even when you cannot yet see the outcome.

Take heart. This season will not break you—it is shaping you. Trust in God, keep moving forward, and let hope guide you through.

Life Begins as a Love Story

God blessed me with a beautiful moment this morning. I saw a small, colourful bird perched at a distance—delicate, radiant, and captivating. Then, almost as if on cue, another bird came closer, allowing me to see its intricate details more clearly. I smiled to myself, believing God wanted me to pause and truly behold His handiwork. 😊

I couldn’t take my eyes off it. I wished I had a camera with powerful lenses—or better yet, that I could somehow capture the moment and keep it with me. 😂
In that stillness, my heart echoed the truth: God’s works are beautiful, and my soul knows it very well. Beautiful indeed are the works of His hands.

Scripture reminds us: "So God created human beings in His own image; in the image of God He created them; male and female He created them." (Genesis 1:26–27)

This Christmas story begins not in a manger alone, but in the very beginning—as a love story that has been unfolding for you since time began. It begins with the coming of Christ, who was present at creation, the voice that spoke into the darkness and shattered cosmic emptiness with a single command: “Let there be…”

But you - YOU were formed differently😊

Notice something powerful here. When God created light, the sea, the stars, and the animals, He spoke them into existence. But when it came to humanity, God paused and said, "Let us make..."
Creation came by His authority - but Humanity came by His affection.

The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit gathered in perfect unity, imagining you. And then, God—three in one, overflowing with uncontainable love—knelt down, breathed deeply, and kissed warm life into you with the breath of His love.

You are made of the dust of the earth, yet filled with the joy of heaven. You are flesh and spirit—of two worlds—forever longing for the home of eternity and for Him.

No matter what your story has been until now, this is your beginning: You were formed by Love… for love.
You were not an afterthought. And you—who were made by Love and made for love—watch as Love comes down.
Christmas begins here - in wonder, in love, and in hearts fully surrendered to Him. ✨🎄

Paul said to the Corinthians, “Do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit?” Why was he telling them that? Because the Corinthians were doing things with their bodies that were an embarrassment to the Holy Spirit. They were living lives divorced from the awareness of His holy presence within them.

Perhaps you’ve found yourselves at certain crossroads recently where you didn’t know whether you should go to a certain place or participate in a certain activity because you are a Christian. The fact is, where you go, the Holy Spirit goes with you. So before you go, you’d better ask Him if He wants to go. And whatever He tells you, do it.

Many Christians don’t even think about that. They just drag the Holy Spirit everywhere, into all kinds of things that are dishonouring to His first name, which is Holy.
The Holy Spirit permanently indwells you. If you grasp that concept, it could have a life-changing impact on you. He is there. He is in you. He will never leave you.
