October
@_ourmindfullife October inspiration "one of the best things you can do for yourself is taking time to learn and grow. Once you give yourself patience, you become your best friend. And the empathy, self kindness and resilience are what you need to grow."

Libra season (9/23-10/22) focuses on restoring balance, harmony in your daily life, making it a prime time to evaluate your personal, professional and romantic connections. As you transition through the Autumn Equinox, this season prompts you to move past people-pleasing, ensuring your own needs are firmly back on your side of the scale.

Key Libra Szn Dates:
♎️ Sept 22: Sun enters Libra / Fall Equinox marks the astronomical shift into autumn in the Northern Hemisphere. Spiritually, the equinox of equal day and night invites you to balance your inner light and shadow.

♎️ Sept 26: The Full Moon in Aries this Saturday opposing the Sun in Libra creates a powerful energetic tug-of-war between personal independence and relationship harmony, forcing us to find a healthy balance between our own individual needs and our commitments to others.

♎️ Sept 27: Mars into Leo shifts collective energy toward passionate self-expression, confidence & creative drive.

♎️ Sept 30: Mercury entering Scorpio deepens our communication and magnifies intuition, encouraging us to look past surface level truths and read between the lines.

♎️ Oct 3: Venus Retrograde in Scorpio. As Venus rules Libra, this retrograde cycle urges a re-evaluation of our values, intimate bonds & whether our current connections genuinely support our energy.

♎️ Oct 10: New Moon in Libra is a powerful portal to reset intentions around interpersonal connections, boundaries & how we share our time and energy with others.

♎️ Oct 15: Pluto turns direct in Aquarius completing a heavy retrograde cycle, offering a breakthrough for personal growth, collective innovation & clearing baggage.

Image 3 ⬅️ reminders & why, so that you can prevent overwhelm, anxiety & panic. It'll be ok👇
.

✒@the_anxiety_wellbeing.coach

If when you are in need, you stop yourself or feel stuck, you will eventually be compromising your human needs.
.
Overtime the body & mind will speak to you, letting you know 'Ok we are in need now & have been for a while, even if you dont know it, we do & it's time to put the breaks on, or we will no be ok.
.
Human needs are normal all humans have biological, physical & emotional needs.
We need, water, food, shelter, nutrients, breath
To feel safe & secure to grow & learn
To allow out emotions to flow in & out as they are without judgement.
To be a part of a group or a connection with at least one person.
Etc

Why don't we know about or needs or feel stuck?
.
Could be a person learnt growing up, there is no space for my needs, the people here are busy or in crisis, so I have to abandon my needs & I may need to attempt to fix this, fix the environment or the others.
.
Could be you've been told that you must not have needs, because the other person cannot handle their own emotions so yours are impossible for them.

You can feel stuck simply because you've never been allowed to see what they are, or no one has given you an example. Or because you yourself are automatically saying:👇
.
You can't have needs
You don't deserve them
It's your fault they weren't met
You have to accommodate the others first or risk something like abandonment
We don't know what they are, it's impossible
No time for them we are surviving
Etc
.
There are many ways the🧠 is saying that survival is the priority, needs come 2nd, but when you do finally feel overwhelmed or highly anxious or panicked, here you may look to make a change.
.
You could start with recognising you're in need & meeting it.
.
Take breaks
Use a simple routine
Delegate
Prioritise wellness
.
If you notice negative self talk, you can choose to say 'thanks for the priority thinking, but I know that my needs are a priority & I deserve to meet them"
.
Im resting, redirecting, embracing, learning
.
Stuck?

We often believe that if we achieve more, have more, or finally reach that next goal, then we’ll feel at peace.

But real inner peace doesn’t come from what we have, it comes from remembering who we truly are.

Sometimes all we need is to slow down, take a deep breath, and reconnect with ourselves. 💛

Wherever you are today, I hope you make a little space for yourself. The peace you’re looking for may already be within you. ✨

What helps you reconnect with yourself?

I’ve started to notice different address plaques around the neighborhood frequently walk, and I’ve loved picking out my favorite little details. I’ve walked around here for years and have not seen these until recently-a sign to stick to the present and find out what I notice!
