2 months ago today I did my first ever Pilates Class at @4me_richmond . Today was my 44th session & I am loving it. Feeling stronger, improved posture, sleeping better, standing taller & very proud of myself for trying something new & making it part of my daily health & well being routine. The instructors, studio, format and 4Me community are incredible > they've helped me feel supported, encouraged and empowered. And @cindy_latta you are the best cheer squad ever 😘
