WE PUT THAT SH* ON EVERYTHING,
GET YO CUTE ASS UP

Locking in is cool, but watching all the homies lock in hits different. August is over but we don’t stop. ESSSS GET IT.

I double dog dare you to get their cute ass up. Never know who needs that small push, that quick reminder to at least TRY everyday. Its good to see you. it’s good to be seen, it’s good to be heard, loud or in silence you’re doing the damn thing.

Always inspired by friends in class❤️. Everyone was killing it 🔥🔥🔥. Choreo by: @ryanloups location: @epicenteruniverse . I tried to use more extensions and put more energy into my movement. It looks better but I think I can push it a bit further. Round 2 next week 🫡.

“Du bist gut genug” = “you are good enough”
Definitely the song of the month.

July is dedicated to the GYCAU fam. 🤙🏽
Over 200+ post full of motivation, dedication, and community. Everyday is a reminder to get that cute ass up and at LEAST try, whatever that may be. We never know what the person next to us is going through but we find ways to keep showing up for. We can get by on our own, but when you surround yourself with people that push and motivate you to go that extra mile, that’s a win and we take those.

August hates to see us coming.

Get your cute ass up!!

The difference a year makes 🥲

A year ago today I was just starting out to be consistent with the gym, I had just picked up running, and hated everything about it because I thought I sucked and felt weak. But I took it one day at a time, and somewhere along the way, I couldn’t go a day without a walk/run/lift session. I could actually carry things at work and not feel like I was just going to hurt myself in the process. I actually started to love looking forward to making it a part of my daily routine.

Real growth and change happens especially when you do the things on days you really don’t want to.

Community is everything, I’m so grateful for everyone who’s hyped me up along the way 🫶🥹

One year down— now let’s see how many PR’s we break this year 🤓

This is your sign to get your cute ass up. ☀️

We’re halfway through 2026, and it’s never too late to start showing up for yourself.

Whether it’s your health, your mindset, your family, your goals, or just making it through the day.. let this be your Day One, not your One Day.

I hope this page becomes a place where you feel like you belong.
A place to keep receipts of your progress.
A place to celebrate the small wins.
A place where you’re seen, supported, inspired, and encouraged to keep going.

Good vibes and energy feel better together. It’s all love 🙂‍↕️
