What started as an idea nearly broke me but I never stopped.

From start to finish it was grind but we did it. We launched Aotearoa’s very first Protein Ice Block. What a journey!

A massive thank you to everyone who believed in this backed us and helped bring this dream to life.

Proud of the mahi. Grateful for the aroha. And we’re only just getting started.

Never stop hustling.

3 months ago, I started free kickboxing for no real reason. Just felt like it.

What I didn’t expect, was where it would lead.

I’m now coaching youth through @kick_back_make_change a hub putting young people in the right environment at the right time. Sometimes that’s all it takes. A space. A skill. Some direction.

This is what LDUW means to me. Limited days, so you use them. Unlimited ways, because you never know which random decision becomes the one that matters.

Show up. Give back. Keep moving.
