NA$TY LYRICS
Is you in our side or is you faking?
Is you tryna rid link our information?
Is you a prophet or is you for profit?
Is you for yourself or for the nation?
Oh it's just a toxic logic
Why you keep funkin' around
Hook
You so na$ty
O you get around
You so na$sty
Ooo you's a lie
You's a lie
You's a rat now
You's a lie
You's a lie
You should sat down
Oooo NA$TY

Long Post Alert 🚨 Thank you @singkirbysing 💙Thank you to my Village for coming through 🤝🏾

This past Sunday I had the amazing honor and opportunity to work as Kirby’s Creative Director and bringing her to my home to shoot some of her shots for her upcoming video release for her new single“Thick n Country.” Crazy thing is, in 2018, I found Kirby’s music and I also found out that she once attended @staxmusicacademy and is on the board. I was determined to meet her at some point, not knowing seven years later that I’d actually meet her at SMA. I was told that she was in the crowd during the BHM show that I performed at with the kids, but we didn’t meet.

Fast forward to June, she’s at SMA walking down the hall towards me. In my head I’m like “is this Kirby?!” She yells out, “you look familiar, do I know you? I said, “yes, I performed during the BHM show. She said , “yes, you’re the funk man!” I laughed, and said, “yes mam that’s me!” Throughout the day, I pretty much was with Kirby and saw to it that the day ran smoothly. At one point, Mrs. Dorothy, Kirby’s mom called me by name and I asked her how she knew my name. She said, “we remembered you. We remembered your heart, energy and passion.” That meant something to me.

After the day would pass by, Kirby asked me to take down her number to work with her on a project. I tried my BEST to be cool and not fan out 😂 Got the number and she called me to shoot a different visual with her in the haven that I can’t wait for y’all to see 👀 After then, she hmu about ANOTHER visual for a single and I told her I had ideas! From then on, that’s where the magic started to work! She trusted me to pull this whole set together. I put the set together by cleaning the entire back yard by myself and placing the pieces, called DaVillage and told them we had a Sunday party, brought in the truck and the trailer for aesthetic, bought the materials needed, convinced my momma to let us use the yard for one of her favorite singers, and directed the entire thing! God is so GOOD mane and I’m forever thankful to Kirby and my Village for trusting me! It takes a village to raise a child and Sunday was the perfect example of that!

“Dreams don’t have deadlines” is what my mommy taught me. I found her reminder last year on my Alvin Ailey doll… Finishing up my Rookie Season on my 1st professional sport’s team was a dream fulfilled. I was hesitant about coming in being the oldest but my teammates and coach never made me feel any less. In fact, they hyped me up more!!! This year has been a journey finding myself again and finding my purpose in dance. I’m so thankful to the @memphishustle organization for the love and fun times they provided for us! Thank you to Coach @hharls for believing in me and pushing me! Thank you to my Dance mates who provided a safe space and always a good time!!! Thank you to the staff @landerscenter who were amazing! Lastly, thank you to my village who came out to the games just to support me 🥹🥹🥹🥰🥰🥰 #MemphisHustle #NBAGLeague #Hustle #Dancer #MemphisHustleHypeCrew #HustleHypeCrew #Memphis #DancingThroughGrief #KeepGoingKween #fy #fypシ I do not own this music
