RAW RIG FOOTAGE

Sitting here trying to work out what to write in this caption but there is no big speech. Just me, the bar, and the work in front of me.

So I supose my message is: Choose you! You deserve to be on your own priority list too.

54:23.

Definitely a bittersweet one.

We crossed the line absolutely stoked with what we’d just done, only to find out around an hour later that we’d been given a 1-minute penalty for exceeding the 15-second running gap.

Luke waited for me throughout the race but we were told the timing chips may have picked up a gap between us that put us outside the allowed time.

Obviously we were both absolutely devastated to find out after the fact but it doesn’t take away from how proud we are of the race we put together.

So much improvement and plenty more to come from us 🤍

Talk about a PB 🥹

3rd Pro Solo race - 1:11:12 || 6:38 PB!!

All I wanted was for my race to come together and I finally did it. Beyond happy with this one and may have cried some happy tears at the finish haha 🥹

Grateful to everyone who has backed me, sent me messages and supported me 🤍🤍

📈 VALD PERFORMANCE TOOLS

Data is great. Context is better.

Using @vald_health technology in the clinic gives us objective data to measure strength, asymmetries and progress throughout rehab. It helps take the guesswork out of decisions and gives patients confidence that they’re actually moving in the right direction.

Whether you’re coming back from surgery, managing an injury, or chasing better performance, testing helps us know where you are, where you need to get to, and when you’re ready for the next step.

DM us to book in a testing session!
