💪 THIS IS WHAT PROGRESS LOOKS LIKE. It’s not always a PR. It’s not always a number on the scale. It’s not always lifting heavier or moving faster. Sometimes it’s showing up after a long day. Finding energy when you thought you had none. Laughing with people who make the hard work feel easier. Walking out feeling better than when you walked in. 🌧️ Rainy days. Busy schedules. Life doesn’t slow down. Progress is choosing to show up for yourself anyway. To everyone putting in the work, week after week — we see you. Keep going. TRAIN TO FEEL GOOD. THE REST WILL FOLLOW. 💙 🔥 YOUR FIRST MONTH IS FREE! New adult members can train with us for an entire month FREE throughout October & November. Functional Strength | HIIT | Bootcamp | HYROX 📲 Call or text 904-201-9601 🌐 KTLYSTFitness.com 📍 St. Augustine, FL Because the best measure of progress isn’t always what you lift. It’s what you carry back into your life. #32092 #TrainToFeelGood #ThisIsProgress #staugustinelife #StrengthForLife

Beachside Girls Volleyball keeps on rolling. Powered by a great overall team/program, strong coaching, and KTLYST athletes Nina Simanic, Ana Simanic, Camryn Standridge, Vinessa Rafael, and Katie Patch — this group continues to make waves in Florida. One thing more volleyball parents need to understand: Top athletes still train in season. They just train differently. In-season performance work is about managing fatigue while maintaining the qualities that matter most — strength, power, jump ability, reactive strength, deceleration, and tissue capacity. At KTLYST, we use biometric testing and individualized programming to help athletes address fatigue, asymmetries, and areas that need extra attention while adjusting around practices, matches, and tournament volume. Team practice develops the team. Individualized performance training develops the athlete. Every athlete doing their part is what strengthens the whole. Performance is an ecosystem — not one singular input. If your athlete wants to perform at a higher level, make the time. Don’t wait for it to magically appear on the calendar. 📲 Call or text 904-201-9601 Schedule your free tour and assessment #girlsvolleyball #staugustinebuzz #904 #saintaugustine #prepdig

YOU CAN’T BE YOUR WORST ENEMY AND YOUR BIGGEST FAN AT THE SAME TIME. You will speak to yourself more than any coach, teammate, parent, or opponent ever will. So make those words count. Athletes must be honest about where they are without tearing themselves down over where they aren’t yet. Accountability drives growth. Constant negativity destroys confidence. When your belief depends entirely on praise from others, so does your performance. The right environment matters—but real confidence is built when you learn to speak life into yourself, trust your preparation, and keep believing when nobody else is cheering. At Athlete Lab, we develop more than strength, speed, and power. We help athletes build the confidence, resilience, and mindset to handle hard days, mistakes, pressure, and the work required to improve. Work hard. Enjoy the process. Become someone you believe in. For athletes ready to prepare for the next level—and the level after that: 📞 Call or text 904-201-9601 🌐 Visit KTLYSTFitness.com Train your body. Strengthen your mind. Raise your standard. #worldgolfvillage #saintaugustine #athlete #mentalperformance #staugustine

Adult fitness and strength training are about more than reaching a goal. They’re about who you become in the process. Every time you show up—especially on the days when you don’t feel like it—you keep a promise to yourself. You build trust in your own word. You prove that you can do difficult things and continue moving forward. Goals will be reached. New ones will take their place. But the imprint of the work stays with you. It changes how you carry yourself. How you handle adversity. How you show up in your relationships. How you care for the people who depend on you. And, most importantly, how you relate to yourself. That example is passed down. Your children see it. Your family feels it. The people around you learn what consistency, discipline and self-respect look like by watching you live them. You don’t need a perfect week. You don’t need to feel motivated every day. You just need to keep moving. Whether you train here at KTLYST, somewhere else or on your own—get your movement in today. Keep the promise. Stack good days together. That’s how goals are reached. More importantly, that’s how a great life is built. #staugustinebuzz #stjohnscounty #staugustinemoms #worldgolfvillage #32092

Is your athlete practicing constantly but still struggling to become stronger, faster or more explosive? Send us a message—we can help. The problem may not be a lack of effort. Sport practices are designed to develop skills, strategy and teamwork. With limited time and an entire team to coach, they can’t always provide the individualized strength, speed and power development every athlete needs. That’s the gap KTLYST Athlete Lab fills. We assess each athlete, identify what may be limiting their performance and build a program around their age, sport, schedule and individual needs. 🏋️ Build strength ⚡ Develop power 🏃 Improve speed ↔️ Move, stop and change direction more efficiently 📊 Measure progress over time More practices aren’t always the solution. Sometimes your athlete needs the physical foundation to make all that practice more effective. Message us your athlete’s age, sport and current goals, and we’ll help you find the right place to start. #stjohnscounty #AthleteDevelopment #SportsPerformance #YouthStrengthTraining #staug
