Hello my name is Benen Dykstra I was born Spastic Cerebral Palsy in Cayuga Ontario. Since October of 2022 I’ve been producing a weekly podcast called The Sit Down Stand Out Show, raising awareness for multiple disabilities and celebrating creativity in the disability community. I’m also a freelance voiceover artist with dreams of voicing in a yugioh spinoff series and commentating pro wrestling.
