Inspiratie na een weekend met
@northseasurfsisters @veerlehelsen @faaroostende

Wanneer pijn fluistert, wijst een zachte kracht de weg naar verandering.
Niet als een storm die ruw aan land slaat, maar als een getij dat onmerkbaar verschuift, een stroming die ons langzaam meeneemt naar onbekende oorden.

Soms voelt het als een verre golf die nog niet breekt, slechts een trilling onder het oppervlak, een fluistering van de diepte.
Andere keren is het een onderstroom die ons uit de veilige haven trekt, weg van wat we dachten te kennen.
We kunnen ons verzetten, proberen de golven tegen te houden, maar de zee laat zich niet sturen.
Ze nodigt ons uit om te vertrouwen—te drijven, te ademen, ons over te geven aan de natuurlijke ritmes van verandering.

Verandering is geen gevecht tegen de golven, maar een dans met de getijden.
We hoeven niet te weten waar de stroming ons brengt, alleen dat ze ons draagt.
Dat elke golf, hoe groot of klein, deel is van een groter geheel.
En wanneer we durven mee te bewegen, ontdekken we nieuwe horizonnen, plaatsen waar de wind zacht en het water helder is.

Misschien is het daar, in die overgave, dat we eindelijk thuiskomen—niet aan het strand die we achterlieten, maar in onszelf.

This weekend I taught 2 yogaclasses (Osho dance meditation & Prana Yoga Flow of Alberto Pagini) and WHAT A WONDERFULL ENERGY I FELT AS A TEACHER 🫶🏽

Never experienced this before in Belgium so I love to share this all with you!
While moving I opened my eyes… and this view made me so emotional.
Seeing people let go and moving fully through their own body! Connected with the purity within 🥰
Tears of happiness rolled down my cheeks! 💗
