I think I’m starting to actually like running 😅🏃🏾‍♀️

If you want to get into running, don’t do it alone! Run with friends or join a run club. It makes the journey so much more fun!!

Transition Update: ✨📚🎉

Dear Valued Z House Publishing Family,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to share an important update regarding the future of Z House Publishing and the services we provide to authors and creatives like you.

After deep reflection, I have decided to close my business as I transition into new ventures that align with the next phase of my professional and creative journey. This decision was not made lightly, and it comes with both gratitude and excitement for what lies ahead.

As part of this transition, a merger will take place, and I am pleased to introduce Rose François, who will become the new owner of Z House Publishing. Effective January 1, @_rosefrancois_ will serve as your primary contact for all publishing services, inquiries, and continued support. Expect new branding, new energy, innovation and community.

Rose brings a strong passion for storytelling, author development, and the literary arts. I am confident that under her leadership, Z House Publishing will continue to grow and serve writers with excellence, integrity, and care. You may hear from her soon as she works to build relationships with our current and past clients.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to each of you. Whether we have worked together on one project or many, your trust, creativity, and dedication have shaped the heart of Z House Publishing. It has truly been an honor to help bring your stories and visions to life.

Please consider this email a warm introduction to Rose, who is eager to continue supporting your publishing journey with the same mission-driven spirit you’ve come to expect.

Thank you again for being an essential part of the Z House Publishing community. I am excited for the next chapter—both for you and for the continued work that Rose will lead.

With sincere appreciation,
Nathelie Zetrenne-Norman

Please join me in celebrating Rose. 🎉🎉

On the Verge Series-

It wasn’t easy growing up during an era when our communities were in large part neglected and left to fend for ourselves. It wasn’t easy losing a parent at a young age and bearing witness to some of my mother’s struggles as a domestic worker. It wasn’t easy having peers pass away due to preventable tragedies and feel the rise in costs from gentrification in my neighborhood. It hasn’t been easy being a single mother and facing the racist or sexist biases that sometimes come with that territory. But somehow, I find joy and thrive just in being the first in my entire family to start a small business in the U.S. And it hasn’t been easy creating a curriculum on restorative justice and combating anti-Blackness as part of my small business. But if it weren’t easy, it wouldn’t be worth it. Because, now, I can walk with you and share my wisdom as you too move towards being on the VERGE of self-realization.

Meet our lovely facilitator Lizette!

We really used our experiences to lead a life dedicated to carrying others with us ❤️

See you for Session #2 this Friday!

🌟 Leadership Rest Session: Discover or Recover Jesus’ Yoke of Rest!

In a recent course I took, held by Dr. Peck The Time Doctor, the acronym for BUSY made it very clear who we serve when we are busy:

Burdened
Under
Satan’s
Yoke

There’s another yoke that brings peace, great hours of sleep, and order:

Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy-laden and overburdened, and I will cause you to rest. [I will ease and relieve and refresh your souls.] Take My yoke upon you and learn of Me…. and you will find rest (relief and ease and refreshment and recreation and blessed quiet) for your souls.- Matthew 11:28-29 (AMPC)

Registration is open for our Leadership Rest Sessions (Rest & Wisdom for Leaders).

The Wisdom Inspires You Leadership Rest Session is the first step a leader can take to become intentional about rest and become aware of any limiting beliefs associated to a poverty mindset and transition into an abundance mindset given to us by Jesus so we can receive rest for our souls.

🗓️ Community Leadership Rest Session:
Friday, Sept 27, 11 a.m. EST
Saturday, Sept 28, 11 a.m. EST

💰 $100 investment (only 5 seats available)
