I joined @masterclass yesterday and have been watching the @chefthomaskeller modules. Learning so much! I felt inspired to use twine and whipped up these prosciutto wrapped chicken breasts that I butterflied and stuffed with light goat cheese, sundried tomatoes, capers and roasted red pepper (using up what's in the fridge door!). There's a sage leaf under the prosciutto too 😋. Overcooked chicken tenders for @_rubycita who is patiently waiting for them to cool. Serving with a side apple/quinoa/spinach salad. Yum!
