Hot, Healing + Healthy ✨🤍🪽

Ruth’s transformation continues & its still just the beginning of her emergence.

This phase has represented so much for her. Her relationship with food has done a full 180, her intensity to training, attention to detail, learning to say yes & learning to say no, she’s come to understand what her world really looks like when she chooses her trust in herself.

Through this phase, she’s shown up entirely different than ever before- she’s been challenged and forever changed in her perspectives 🤍

She’s not just transformed her body and mind but she’s also continued to explore ventures in her faith, hyrox training, self-development and she even has a half marathon coming up next week!

When you wake up and do the work each day, the results will have no choice. 📈

Thank you for trusting me to guide you along this journey, i am infinitely proud and ever inspired of the woman you are becoming 🤍✨🪽

a month ago, i had the privilege of attending the traditional ceremony of my friends, elphy & jovaughn— let me tell you that it was out of a movie.

it was a fusion of two unique cultures, extravagant outfits, choreographed dances, delicious foods, and more. if you weren’t there, you really did miss out on the best time, the #simplystephens know how to throw a partyy

can’t wait to see these two get married next year ✈️
