The most beautiful 7 year anniversary celebration! ✨Dancing in the sun, feet grounded into the grass with an ocean view always does something to my soul. On top of that, I got to be surrounded by so much love and support! Move And Radiate is my passion project, my baby if you will lol and it has fulfilled me in ways I didn’t even know I needed. I give God all the glory because without Him Move And Radiate would not be where it is today. To remain faithful in every season, to stay consistent, to remain authentically yourself, to stand 10 toes down on your mission and what you stand for - now that’s success.

To every woman I have crossed paths with in the last 7 years, it’s been my absolute pleasure and I thank you for supporting M.A.R!

Six months ago, running three races wasn’t even on my radar for 2025 or 2026.

Fast forward to now… I somehow ran a 10-mile, a half marathon at the Saqqara Pyramids, and the LA Marathon. That’s 507 miles of training in 6 months!!!

The LA Marathon was easily the most physically and mentally challenging thing I’ve ever done.

Nothing prepares you for hamstring cramps, quads screaming for mercy, and 90-degree weather while trying to convince yourself this was a good idea at mile 19 when people are fainting next to you lol

But the crowd’s energy was insane!!!

Shoutout to the random guy who handed me a slice of pizza mid-race, another who gave me watermelon, oranges, and donuts… honestly the most balanced marathon nutrition plan ever 😂

And Brittney at Mile 19 who basically performed emergency care with Biofreeze, electrolytes, and blueberries. If you’re seeing this, I owe you some homemade shawarma & boftek lol.

To my TRIBE who supported me these past six months—made hilarious signs, stood in the sun for 2 hours, and listened to all my complaining—you’re all angels!!!!

Nicole, you’re getting an upgrade in Heaven just for putting up with me 😂
