My favourite day: Garden Day is an annual event encouraging South Africans to get outside and enjoy any kind of garden (and wear a flower crown!) 🌸🌸🌸 I’ve been working on our little courtyard. Digging up pavers and smashing out cement to bring in flower beds, a water feature and grass. We aren’t done yet but it feels SO MUCH more magical already, last year I had Garden Day at a friend’s house - this year my home was transformed. (Also fun fact - my first kiss with fiancée was on garden day 2 years ago 🥰, it also happened to be the Rugby World Cup Quarter finals that day.) #gardendaysa @gardendaysa

Recently, I realized why I’ve committed to clay for Inner Canvas workshops—and it's actually very simple.

Clay is forgiving.
Clay is grounding.
Clay is playful.
Clay can be shared.
Clay can be destroyed.
Clay can be created again.

Inner Canvas celebrates the experience of holding clay in your hands—the feeling it gives you, the way it dances between your fingers. It asks nothing of you.

You don’t need to produce.
You don’t need to have skill.
You don’t need to know.

All you need is to trust.
All you need is to connect within.
All you need is to let go.
All you need is to simply be with the clay.

The rest will follow.

In the beautiful tranquil Karoo village of McGregor we will gather for a retreat of joyful expression of who we really are.

We will invite all the parts of us in which we often leave behind and don’t acknowledge.

The theme of this retreat is intimacy - into myself I see..

What do you see?

Dive deeper with us into the body and its unique expression of movement and bliss.
Into the bodies unique expression of balance, health and wellness through the lens of the ancient modality of Ayurveda.

We will hold the polarities of:

💫Rest, silence and going inward
💫Connection, joy and play!
