On July 25th we’re inviting you to spend an afternoon with us in Perdifumo for Ti va se stiamo un po’ insieme? an event dedicated to slowing down, reconnecting and simply being present.

We’ll begin with a yoga workshop led by @_serenelll_ , continue with Musicamente: Musica e Consapevolezza, an immersive workshop @stefanodimenza_ @psicologadelben.essere , and finish the evening with a shared picnic and DJ set in our outdoor space.

No experience is needed. Just bring a yoga mat, something to share for the picnic and yourself.

Ti va se stiamo un po’ insieme?

This time, we’re doing something a little different.

On Saturday July 25th we’ll be spending an afternoon moving a little more slowly, making space to reconnect with ourselves, with nature and with the people around us.

Together with @_serenelll_ @psicologadelben.essere @stefanodimenza_ @keynes_music we’ve put together an experience that brings together yoga, music, mindfulness and a picnic under the stars.

Whether you come on your own or with a friend, we hope you’ll leave feeling a little lighter than when you arrived.

We’ll begin with Radicati: corpo e presenza, a yoga workshop with @_serenelll_ then move into Musicamente: musica e consapevolezza with @psicologadelben.essere @stefanodimenza_ , before ending the day with a shared sunset picnic and dj set with @stefanodimenza_ in our outdoor space.

Join us on July 12th for Time for You.

The day starts with a human design workshop led by @serenelll, followed by our very first sunset aperitivo in our outdoor space.

We’re looking for musicians to join the jam session led by special guest @saporito361.
Antonio Saporito will kick off with a short live set, then the stage is yours — anyone and everyone is invited to play!

Not a musician? No worries, you’re more than welcome to come enjoy the music and the vibes.

Entry is free with our membership card. You can sign up on the day if you’re not already a member.

On July 12th, we’re opening our space in Perdifumo for Time for You an afternoon dedicated to slowing down, reconnecting, and tuning in🌿

Together with @serenelll, we’ll explore Human Design: a fascinating system that helps you understand how your energy is designed to move through the world.
You’ll receive a personal mini-reading focused on how you make decisions, interact with others, and stay in alignment, followed by guided meditation and journaling.

Afterward, take time to relax and enjoy the space. If you’d like to go deeper, you can also book a 30-minute outdoor massage with our friend and local therapist Tania from Perdifumo (by reservation only).

As the sun sets, we’ll gather for an aperitivo, a live performance and jam session with @saporito361, and a moment to simply enjoy the evening together.

Come for just the workshop, just the aperitivo, or spend the full evening with us.

Take a day just for you✨

On July 12th, we’re opening our space for a day of slowing down, reconnecting, and tuning in.

Together with @_serenelll_ we’ll explore the system of Human Design: a fascinating tool that allows us to help you understand how your energy is designed to move through the world.

You’ll receive a personal mini-reading focused on the key aspects of your chart; how you make decisions, how you interact with others, and what helps you feel in alignment.

From there, we’ll move into guided meditation and journaling, to gently integrate what emerged and create space to listen inward.

You’ll have time to relax and connect with nature in our outdoor space and you can also choose to book an outdoor massage with our friend and local therapist from Perdifumo Tania, surrounded by nature.

To close the day, we’ll gather for a sunset aperitivo, live concert and jam session with the @saporito361 a moment to simply enjoy good music, good vibes and good company.
