Recipe ⬇️ Craving restaurant-style starters but want to skip the heavy calorie load? 🧀🔥

This Healthy Homemade Paneer Tikka is the ultimate answer! We’re talking about soft, juicy paneer cubes and crunchy bell peppers coated in a rich, smoky, and spiced yogurt marinade. By swapping the deep fryer or heavy oil basting for an air fryer, you get those perfect charred, tandoori-style edges completely guilt-free. It’s a high-protein, low-carb dish that makes a perfect healthy snack or party appetizer!

*The Recipe:*

*The Veggie & Protein Mix*: In a bowl, toss fresh paneer cubes along with diced onions, tomatoes, and vibrant red, yellow, and green bell peppers.

*The Tandoori Marinade*: Add creamy yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, roasted gram flour (besan), chili powder, mustard oil, turmeric, chaat masala, kasuri methi, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything gently so every piece is heavily coated in flavor.

*The Method*: Thread the marinated paneer and veggies onto wooden skewers. Place the skewers on butter paper inside your air fryer and cook at 185°C for 15-18 mins until the edges are beautifully roasted and golden.

TADA! A healthy, protein-packed paneer tikka that delivers all the authentic restaurant flavor right at home. Serve it hot with a dash of chaat masala and some spicy mint chutney! 🍋🌱

Craving a restaurant-style meal that’s fresh, creamy, and packed with flavor? 🍗🌿

This Hariyali Chicken (Green Chicken) is the ultimate crowd-pleaser. We’re talking juicy chicken enveloped in a vibrant, velvety masala made from fresh herbs, chilies, and a hint of cashews for that perfect richness. It’s comforting, aromatic, and surprisingly easy to make at home!

The Recipe:

The Marinade: In a bowl, toss your chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon, chili powder, turmeric, and a dash of chicken masala.

The Green Paste: Blend fresh coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, and a handful of cashews into a smooth, vibrant paste.

The Method: Sauté whole spices (cumin, black pepper, bay leaf, cloves) and onions in a pan. Add your green paste, cook for a few minutes, then stir in the marinated chicken. Cover and simmer until the chicken is tender and the oil separates.

TADA! A restaurant-quality green curry, ready in no time. Serve with hot naan or rice. 🍛✨
