Happy Women’s Dive Day!
If there wasn’t a pandemic going on right now I’d be in Mexico, diving, celebrating a friend’s wedding, and probably snorkelling with whale sharks again...
But there is a pandemic going on, so I’m at home trying to find the gear and courage to try cold water diving.

I'm so proud to say that there are 16 new graduates of our LIVE Yin & Chinese Meridians YTT!
.
.
What an amazing group we were, so much positive energy and focus and commitment to learning and sharing. SO. MUCH. MATERIAL. COVERED! Incredible! .
.
Despite the crazy reasons that brought us together online at this time, I find this way of teaching so much fun and so accessible. We learn to get creative in how we communicate as a small team, and I feel like we are as interactive as we can be at all times! Even breaking into small groups online for breakout brainstorms! And thank goodness for the online whiteboards! .
.
So much gratitude to everyone who consistently showed up to learn and grow, every single day! So much support for each other and for me as a teacher and as a human. We grew together! I'm so happy to welcome you into our Yin Community and cant wait to watch you begin to share all that we have learned together! .
.
Thank you for the trust in me as your teacher .
.
Celebrations!!! ♡♡♡

Today I'm so proud to say that there are 15 new graduates of our FIRST LIVE and online Yin YTT, as well as the first graduates from the launch of my NEW Module 1 on Yin & Anatomy! So much excitement for the new content! .
.
What an amazing group we were, so much positive energy and focus and commitment to learning and sharing. I looked forward to each and every session to share all that I could! .
.
I was nervous about this online format and for that reason committed to doing the majority of the YTT with live content, contact and REAL interactions..such a good decision. For me as a teacher, interaction with my students and sharing is what it is all about. It is why I teach and share .
.
What a crazy time we live in, but living and learning we are. The super speedy learning curve of setting things up online, shaping new content, filming pre-recorded homework content, learning editing skills, navigating Zoom at break neck speed! Amazing! .
.
Most of all I'm blown away by my students trust in me to share this material, for their commitment and questions and desire to learn and focus, particularly at this challenging time! See some of you soon for Part 2, and to ALL of you ~ THANK YOU! For holding space for me just as much as I got to hold space with you .
.
Celebrations!!! ♡♡♡
.
.
Coming next...Module 2 "Yin & Chinese Meridians" (May 23-31) and module 3 "Creative Sequencing" - ALL LIVE also! .

I believe sisters were put in our lives to help reveal our shadows and love us all the same. The past 2 weeks have been both tense and hilarious. We've had many laughs travelling together (THANK God for a week with @omziscoming and @kerriswedahl to help out the first week, but Alberta has just been us by ourselves...24/7) and we've had many tense, silent minutes... right after moments of shouting, blaming, and frustration. I've had to re-face parts of me that I thought I had healed. I had to accept my projections. I had to trust another person to navigate at times. I got to laugh til I could barely see. I got to see the beauty and wonder with my sister by my side. I got to get lost, play with shapes, capture moments of a lifetime with her, and I got to appreciate that we both have hard and soft edges. Sisters are special. They might not be people you'd otherwise choose as friends, maybe that is why they were born to be your SISTER. Love you @anitapic. Forever glad we put up with each other.
