i marched three years of drum corps and all i got were these lousy tan lines, intense personal growth, and friendships that will last a lifetime

to the spit: for every hellish moment tour presented us with, there were about a million different moments full of smiling so hard our cheeks hurt, intricate and bizarre inside jokes, and dizzying realization that at end of the day, we had each other. incredibly proud to end my marching career in this pit

to my polycule: @sollalis @marissa.berard and @_geesegeesegeese_ , i admire and look up to each and every one of you. you three are the most incredible, beautiful, smart, and endlessly talented three women i could ever imagine marching alongside

@jakete01 and @colemanmoore_ : i don’t quite how to say how much it meant to me to field your necklaces. thank you both for dealing with my ever present bullshit and laughing with (or at) me through it all

@emily.wehrle.16 , my biggest tour confidant and friend! i am so proud of you for how far you’ve come, and am so grateful to have shared all three years together

i cried from laughing at @riverwilliams05 ‘s jokes almost everyday and it’s still not enough. i miss standing next to you everyday, and am more grateful than you know you were my synth partner

@william_small1104 : thank you for reminding me why i did this activity in the first place. truly one of the greatest friends ill ever have

mostly thank you to @liana.gao for being the catalyst for why i can even reminisce on my three summers of a lifetime

As summer closes hot days start to dissipate and trees start to fade from lush green to burning orange. Leaving behind good times that fill my heart, what won’t be left behind is the memories, progress, and friendships I had the pleasure of experiencing along the way. Thank you mom & dad for always believing in me and being my firmest support system I love you. Truly from the bottom of my heart thank you to the friends and family who made this the best summer of my life.

I cant believe the summer has ended. Thank you to my staff and friends for making this experience so special to me. I made countless memories and friendships that im so thankful for. Thank you Spartans 26 💰🅱️

as close to heaven as one can get

; theres so much to say about this season and experience but I won’t make it too long. when I started my season, my why was to do this for myself. now it’s everybody I’ve met at the spartans. truly a summer of a lifetime. spartans you have changed me for forever. thank you for giving me some of my best friends and my best memories. im already missing this so much and dont know how im supposed to go back to living a normal life. I want to thank my friends, my rook out buddy sid, my drum majors and conductors, spartans staff, the drumline, my bassline buddies, and bus buddies for making everyday the most fun I had even at my lowest. I will never forget what ive learned from here. thank you for showing me what it means to be a spartan. (also my tag limit was reached)

Holy shit what a season. Thank you to all the people at Spartans for making it one to remember.

To my $B brothers Dillon, Koko, Allan, Sid, Aidan, Brayden, and Cecil, thank you guys for being the best bass room anyone could ever ask for. I’ll cherish the time we spent together for the rest of my life and I love each and every one of you. Thank you for making this season amazing for me.
