In a time where so much of what we see is carefully constructed, curated and presented as something greater than it is, we’ve always found something worth celebrating in the things that simply happen as they are.

Because what happens within these walls is rarely just about what happens within these walls. It’s people learning about themselves, finding their limits, moving beyond them, building relationships and becoming part of something they may never have anticipated when they first walked through our doors.

And somewhere amongst all of that, moments happen. Some significant, most seemingly insignificant. A first lift. A familiar face. A conversation that changes someone’s day. A room full of people celebrating something that, to the outside world, might mean very little.

But to the people who were there, it could’ve meant everything.

That’s why we document this place.

Not to manufacture a perception of what TFE is, but to preserve an honest account of what it has been, what it continues to become, and the people responsible for shaping it.

Because time has a way of making the ordinary extraordinary. The people change. The room changes. The things we once found difficult become things we do without thinking. And moments that felt like just another day eventually become memories of a time, a place and a version of ourselves that no longer exists.

Our people are the story. Our training is what brings us together. The documentation is what allows a little of it to remain forever with us.

Technology in Sport

What I use and where I use technology to prepare athletes for their sport.
How we implement technology alongside programs and coaching systems to drive outcomes for athletes.
And how technology has changed the way we can speed up rehab in injuries when returning to play, or for some, everyday life.

The first of many seminars to come.

Schools investing in excursions to professionals in elective studies is becoming a lot more common and it’s pretty exciting to think of what the next generation have access to.

Being able to understand where strength and conditioning sits alongside the use of technology in preparation whilst also getting hands on experience with the use of the equipment would be unreal as a teenager.

More people training. More options to do it well.

During our last HYROX prep, Wednesday afternoons became one of the busiest times on the gym floor. A good problem to have - but as the HYROX squad continues to grow, we want to make sure both groups have the space, equipment and coaching they need to train properly.

So from this week, Wednesday 5:15PM Mixed Modality Conditioning / HYROX becomes its own dedicated class, running concurrently with our existing 5:15PM GPP (S&C) session.

Both classes remain a priority, with the floor, equipment and coaching structured to accommodate each group properly - whether you’re building towards HYROX or simply getting your regular Wednesday training in.

Same time. Same training ground. Two different sessions.
Wednesday 5:15PM - bookings now open via Glofox.

Growth calls for more options.

Keen to jump in? Start with a 7-day commitment free trial and come experience it for yourself. Available now on our website site / Glofox, or simply DM us if you’d like to chat about options.

There are plenty of places you can train. And most people walk into one for a fairly simple reason:

to get fitter, stronger, healthier, faster, or simply feel better than they do now.

But getting better at hard things has never just been about the work itself. It’s also about the environment you repeatedly put yourself in, and the people you share that work with.

People who notice when you’re there. People you learn from, chase, laugh with and eventually call friends. Over time, those relationships become part of the reason you keep showing up - and showing up is a pretty important part of getting better.

So yes, come for the coaching. Come for the programming. Come because you want results. But maybe part of getting there is simply spending enough time in a room where getting better is what people do.

And who knows - you might find something you weren’t actually looking for.

Come here to get better.
Find more than what you came for.

🏁From first-time racers through to athletes chasing SUB60 and podium finishes, our 10-week HYROX program is built around where you are now, where you want to be on race day, and the work required between the two.

The block brings together:

→ Running development
→ Strength
→ Threshold Work
→ Compromised Run Conditioning
→ HYROX skill work
→ Pacing + race strategy
→ Fuelling + recovery

All progressed with intent across 10 weeks.

And you won’t do it alone.

You’ll train alongside a growing squad all working towards the same start line. People to learn from, chase, push with and share the work with - backed by coaches who understand the demands of the race and how to prepare for them, with the results to back it.

HYROX Melbourne is the destination.
The work starts October 5.
