For years I watched my health decline as I was chasing a dream of racing World Champs. A hard decision to realize I was nowhere near where I needed to be to train & compete at the level required.

Took a step back to regain my health. Which took years to regulate hormones naturally, get my period back to a regular cycle, and have the physical symptoms of hair loss skin rashes, anemia, etc… subside.

I know what it feels like to be chronically ill and the trail of damage it leaves on your physical systems & mental being.

That’s why I am passionate about helping you move your body through @_takecarewellness

Movement is so much more than chasing a physical accomplishment. It’s the most proven method for living a longer life through moderate aerobic activity (walking, swimming, cycling) - decreasing your risk of cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, obesity, various degenerative diseases and so on.

But sometimes, we get injured, we work too much, and our health gets put on the back burner. Take Care Wellness uses a variety of different modalities (Fascial stretch therapy, Cupping, Soft Tissue Mobilization…) to assist in your mobility & recovery.

If you’re interested in working with me, you can fill out the reservation request form in my bio for treatment in Muskoka, Georgian Bay, and Collingwood 🫶🏼 #takecare
