🎶 Dance. Music. After Care. Coffee. Community. ✨

Another beautiful afternoon at Black Box Studios filled with music, movement, smiles, and connection. 💃☕️🍋

From delicious coffee and refreshing lemonades to tequeños and croissants, Lita’s Coffee House was happy to be part of the afternoon and share a little something with everyone—kids, families, and the amazing Black Box community. ❤️

Thank you, Black Box Studios, for always welcoming us and creating such a wonderful space for our community to connect!

Company conditioning day 💪🏽🔥

These dancers WORKED today! So proud of them for showing up, pushing through, and putting in the work even when it got tough.

Building stronger dancers one workout at a time; strength, stamina, discipline, and determination. 🖤🔥

Proud of this team!

The workout is only part of the experience.

At ADAPT, we believe how you recover matters just as much as how you train. That’s why you can go from pushing yourself through a workout to giving your body the reset it needs, all under one roof.

Because when training and recovery work together, you get the full experience.

🔗 Ready to feel the difference for yourself? Come experience it today!
