As we close out Black History Month we not only celebrate the amazing instructors in our studio, but also want to shine a light on the underrepresentation of black and brown people in the fitness industry and encourage a change. TruFusion always strives to value inclusivity over exclusivity, and inside our walls every month is Black History Month! We are thankful to our amazing members and instructors that bring these values to life and create a haven for all to Find Joy in Movement. 🔥

Our amazing team at Namaste By Jay that keeps everything running so smoothly in-person at our events, online, and behind the scenes! 🌟

We wouldn’t be who we are without a team who is so dedicated to our mission of providing a safe and healing space for Black women to come together, build community, and tell their stories.

If you’ve been here with us for awhile or have joined us at any of our events you’ll see some familiar faces/names, send them some love in the comments 🤎

A few from a branding session with @kailaparkie @tamra225. Follow along their new baby called @themove_atx. It was a REALLY 🔥 day but I made it through by a thread. Nearly blacked out returning to the car. Thank goodness @byjessicajoseph assisted me so I could sit down for a bit with Embia. Phew 😮‍💨 chiiiiiillle it was a lesson for sure.
