Happy 30th Birthday @_taryngrace 🎉🥂🥳 What a birthday week we’ve had so far! Road trips. 28 hours in in Melbourne. Fat Freddy’s. Bathrobe balcony parties. So many bottles of Prosecco. Bike rides. Beechworth side quest. Lots of dancing. Not quite the birthday you had planned but I hope you had an absolute blast and know how special you are to your Mt Beauty Fam 💕

I actually managed to switch off a bit over Christmas, but I’m afraid that means this is some pretty late Christmas Pole Jam spam!🎄

So many pretty shapes, doubles tricks, group moves, saucy outfits and snacks😜🍕

I hope everyone had a lovely festive period and that you’re all looking forward to getting back in the zone soon with classes starting back this Saturday 4th Jan!🤩 I can’t wait to see you all soon 🤗

Tomorrow is the big day!!
@_taryngrace will be absolutely smashing the New Forest Marathon, for a cause so close to so many of us.
She may have hit her fundraising target, but the more the better to help fight this horrible disease.
If anyone has anything to spare, big or small, please donate!
I’m so proud of her, for all the hard work she’s put in to training, and will be proud of whatever time she finishes in tomorrow. (Although I think it’s gonna be a gooooood time as she’s a beast). Link below ⬇️

Looking at mycorrhizal fungi associations in a no dig garden. Using an ink and vinegar staining technique.
Hopefully more to come as we delve deeper into this topic.🍄

✨Did you know all our pole sessions share the same lesson structure?✨

1. A thorough warm up (especially in this weather!🥶)
2. Conditioning exercises to work the required muscle groups and skin areas
3. A recap of previously learned moves and/or new moves
4. A combination in which we practice the moves we have learned, joined together with other moves
5. A cool down

So, whether you’re Level 1 or Level 4, you always know what to expect 🤗

Here are our Level 3&4s earlier this week with some spinning pencil pull ups during their conditioning section. (These are pretty tricky!)

What’s your favourite/least favourite conditioner? Comment below!👇
