It’s is very important to have such a huge support system when you do anything in life!!!

I’m truly grateful to these two Woman right here for supporting me not just in prep but through all that I deal with in my daily life. Going through a prep is already a journey on its own to add in all the other variables of LIFE is crazy!

Today, we had a huge posing clinic with @niccolebikinipro_ifbbpro and @amsangelsfitness_ and I was in a huge mental breakdown I couldn’t seem to get myself together!!! After speaking with both of them they encouraged me to come and it was exactly what I needed!!!

I’m grateful for their expertise and loving support not just as my coaches but as strong woman who have my back!!! I learned so much today and can’t wait to pour all of that knowledge into my journey and that STAGE❤️

IT'S PEAK WEEK for @darialiftsheavy and the countdown is ON!

This Saturday, she steps on stage for the very first time as a #npcfitmodel @musclecontest GOLD COAST MUSCLE CLASSIC in Riverside, California.

The discipline, heart, and hustle this woman has shown through prep has been nothing short of inspiring. Let's show her some love as she finishes strong and brings her best to the stage!

Same bodyweight.
Completely different physique.

The photo on the right is now… and the amount of tissue Vern has built this year is honestly mind blowing 🤯

Glutes are fuller and rounder with way more upper glute shelf
Hamstrings are thicker with deeper tie-ins
Back is denser and wider creating that stronger X frame
Overall shape is tighter, harder, and more athletic
And her stage presence has leveled up just as much as her muscle🥵

This is what a true improvement season looks like.

Not chasing the scale.
Not rushing prep.
Just patient, intentional muscle building and WORK.

And if you know Vern, you know this didn’t happen by accident.

Her training is unmatched.
She shows up every single day.
No excuses. No shortcuts. Just grit.

But what makes her special isn’t just her physique.
It’s her presence.

She carries herself with this quiet confidence and strength that speaks before she ever says a word. One of the hardest workers I know and genuinely one of the sweetest souls too.🥰

This four-month transformation tells a powerful story
This was Amanda's first-ever bikini debut. and what she brought to the stage was the result of consistent execution, discipline, and trust in the process. The muscle maturity, balance, and overall conditioning achieved in such a short window did not happen by chance. It was earned through structured training, intentional nutrition, and showing up day after day when it mattered.

Stepping on stage with an already strong foundation, she didn't just compete, she placed 2nd in her Open division & 1st in Masters 35+ at her very first show. That result speaks volumes about both the work put in during prep and the strategy behind it.

What makes this transformation even more exciting is what came next.🎯

Since September, we've intentionally transitioned into a true off-season arowth phase, with a clear plan to return to the stage in August 2026. This extended timeline gives a massive advantage. Instead of rushing or chasing short-term results, we're prioritizing muscle development, hormonal health, recovery, and structural improvements that create long-term success. And if these photos are any indication, the foundation we're building is already paying off.✔️

The added lower-body density, improved balance, and overall shape development sets the stage for a significantly elevated physique when she returns, starting strong matters. Planning long term matters even more.This is what happens when prep is treated as a phase not a finish line.

The off-season is where the real transformation beqins.

How did I get so lucky to have @morganonmaui be my best friend? I guess it would have to be God knowing I REALLY NEEEDED you 😝

You inspire me in ways you can even imagine.

You don’t just HELP me carry the heaviest of my burdens, you carry them FOR me. I don’t know how you do it.

You encourage me not to give up when I want to so badly.

You have been with me in the darkest times and the brightest ! Walked with me in the valley and the mountain top.

I could write a novel about our stories we have had over the last ten years, and about how much I love you ! 💕 But my words wouldn’t even come close to express how much you mean to me !

Thank you for French branding my hair every single day when I’ve wanted it, for helping me move from one place to the other, (das a true friend 😂) call you just to “let it out”, pick me up when I haven’t had a car, go to the beach with me, get coffee with me, go to the gym, the list goes on and on! 👯‍♀️

I think one of the biggest, most important thing that keeps our friendship so strong is our love for God. I can ask Morgan to Pray for me, she reads Bible versus, reminds me of Gods love because she knows Gods Love ❤️
