Cousins Dinner 2026: somehow this became an entire production. 😂

Started with custom Magnificent 7 shirts, smashed burgers and hot dogs.

Then came big ball kickball, yard darts and general cousin chaos.

Then I turned the front porch into a full-blown movie theater. 😂 Black shower curtains, projector, popcorn… I went ALL in. 🎭🍿

Movie done. Time for bed.

Except…

THE CHICKEN HUNT. 🐔😂

At approximately 9 PM, we realized there was a chicken just casually hanging out in the yard. So naturally, everyone had to go find the chicken.

Once the chicken situation was handled, everybody just slept wherever they found a spot. 😂

And somehow we woke up and made it to church this morning. 🙌🏻

Custom shirts. Burgers. Kickball. Yard darts. Movie theater. Popcorn. Chicken hunt. Sleep wherever you land.

Just another completely normal cousin night. 😂❤️

I am thrilled to welcome my new buyer, Kayla, to her new home in the beautiful Summer Crest area of Tigard!

Our journey began when Kayla, referred to me by a mutual contact, made the courageous decision to travel all the way from Tennessee to find the perfect place for her family.

It was an extensive house hunt spanning from Vernonia to Newburg and Oregon City, but Kayla’s determination paid off when she discovered an incredible home that checked all the boxes in the Summer Lake neighborhood.

With her family set to join her in December, I couldn’t be happier for Kayla and the new memories she will create in her new home.

Welcome home, Kayla! May you and your loved ones enjoy every moment in your new space.

🏠17785 SW Sumac, Beaverton OR 97007
Sold $590K 4 bedrooms 3 baths 1948sq ft.

Hello Oregon!!!

Real estate is all about relationships, and I’ve been so lucky to have known Carrie for over a decade.

We first connected when I cold called her—she was trying to sell a 700 sq. ft. condo they lived in with at least four people!

Over the years, we’ve bought and sold together eight times.

A couple of years ago, Carrie & her family moved to Idaho, and I thought that was the end of our real estate journey.

But this year, she decided to come back to Oregon, and we’ve done it again! Grateful for the trust and loyalty.

Welcome home, Carrie!

Double tap if you needed a laugh!

Decided to surprise 3 of my mentees today with a little Halloween fun 🤣🎃👻

Owning your own business is hard.
The world feels heavy.

And while I absolutely love helping my clients create new offers, come up with fresh marketing ideas, manage their capacity, etc…today, with everything I knew they had on their plates, I thought these 3 mentees needed to start off our call with a laugh 🤣❤️

Happy Halloween to everyone celebrating and hope you all got a kick out of this if you needed to smile today 🥰

Okay what are you up to tonight? Handing out candy? Trick or treating? Staying in with all the lights off (tempting since it’s freezing here in Indy🤣🤣)? Let me know below ⬇️

And thanks to @kealischeider , @kristy_zumwalt_ , and @_bobbimullins for letting me use their reactions for this Reel! 🤣❤️

👋Meet Olivia.

At not even 30 years old, she's already on her second home purchase—talk about impressive! ✨

🏡 But here's the twist: Olivia didn't just sell her first home. Nope, she had the brilliant idea to keep it as a rental property in NE Portland. Smart move, right?

Now, let's talk about the exciting part—Olivia is the very first owner of this stunning new construction home. Picture vaulted ceilings that create an airy and spacious feel, high-end features that exude luxury, and designer tones that make every corner a work of art.

And if you thought it couldn't get any better, wait until you hear about the location! This dreamy abode is perfectly situated in SE PDX with easy access to all the popular treats, shops, and parks that make this area so vibrant. Plus, it's just a short mile away from Clint/Division neighborhood—a true hotspot!

Olivia's journey is nothing short of inspiring. Join us in celebrating her accomplishments and marvel at this beautiful new construction home she now calls her own.
Ready to be inspired like Olivia? Contact me today for more details on how you can find your dream home too! 🌟🔑

A Heartwarming Journey and a New Chapter Begins! 🏡🎣

Let me share an incredible home selling story that will warm your heart! Meet Jim and Laura, cherished long-time residents of the Garden Home area. After spending an amazing 23 years in this community, they made the exciting decision to embark on a new adventure in Central Oregon, where they could fully indulge in their love for fishing. 🌲🎣

With mixed emotions, we listed their beautiful home on the market—and guess what happened next? In just 48 hours, we received not one, not two, but three incredibly strong offers that surpassed our expectations and went above the list price! 💥💰

It was such an exhilarating experience to witness the immediate interest and enthusiasm from potential buyers. The response truly speaks volumes about both Jim and Laura's lovely home and the undeniable charm of the Garden Home area.

It has been an absolute joy working with them throughout this process.

If you're considering selling your own home or starting a new adventure like Jim and Laura did, I'm here to provide friendly guidance every step of the way. Let's make your real estate dreams come true together! 🏡✨
