The most perfect day evahhh! Yesterday was simply amazing. 🌞 ⛱️ 🏃‍♀️ I finally was able to take my Kangoo boots out for a run. I had a blast and this is a killer workout. Zero impact on joints while I bounced/ran down Lynn, Swampscott and Nahant. I will say that sand is like ice with these, so I avoided it like the plague. I was afraid of running down hills, but they ended up being the MOST fun! I was just way bouncier with them. I didn't fall nit once and this is the furthest I've gone in them. I had lots of people stop me to ask about them. I had fun chatting with adults and kids. I told them briefly about my health journey and I met a 74y man who was so touched that he asked to hug me. He said I was an inspiration and a hero in boots. 🤣 🤷‍♀️ Check out: Amy Brackman owner of Boston Jumps/The Fithouse Danvers. Tell her Lori sent you. Classes/boot rentals. (I own mine)
