Everything’s coming out of dormancy— even community!

There’s nothing like a Community Planting Day to kick off the season. It’s more than just getting our hands in the soil — it’s a time to educate, connect, and sow the seeds (literally and figuratively) that will nourish us all year long.

Gardeners, what’s your favorite part of spring gardening?

Follow @bethezen22 as we grow with intention and purpose this season!

S/o to @thesocialstatus @besocialplease

This afternoon Marley and I hung out @besocialplease / @thesocialstatus for their back to school bash. We enjoyed making our vision boards for the year, playing games, yummy pizza from @emmysquaredpizza, sneaker cleaning, and much more!!! Thank you for putting this event on and affirming students as they go back to school.

My first pop-up was everything & then some. There’s no greater feeling than literally watching your people walk through the door to come and support you! At the same time, nothing beats being able to share my baking with new people in the community, live & direct. Thank you to everyone that pulled up, bought a treat or two, and just stopped by my table to speak and say hello.

And a HUGE shoutout to @theblackbodege for putting on this amazing event highlighting black businesses. Your passion for our people is loud & proud, so thank you for creating this space. I can’t wait to see you ladies continue to expand! 🖤❤️

I say it over and over, but man…I really love this baking thing 🫶🏾✨

Yesterday was absolutely beautiful! S/O to @_m.i.i.a and @malika_fierce . You two are amazing young women. Job well done for creating an environment for black entrepreneurs to showcase their talent, skills, and passion. There was so much positive energy and support in one room! From the host, DJ, vendors performers, supporters, and everyone else who helped make this a reality, I thank you. Such a phenomenal experience. Thank you for allowing No Love Waisted LLC be apart of your event! Anticipating next year! 💥💥💥💥 #CLT #blackownedbusiness #Blackbodega2020
