Take the “morning rush” out of your day by owning it.

That early morning stillness is so important to set up a clear and decisive day for yourself..

Even when faced with a curve ball the load seems to carry less weight because you’ve exercised the power of owning your day.

One of the most effective ways to do this is by hitting the gym.

This act helps relieve stress with an added pleasure of taking time out for yourself, before heading to the office, in a way that will benefit both mind and body.

Like a client put it to me one day “I wake up early to deal with my sh!t so that later on I can deal with other people’s sh!t”

Connect with the overcoming version of yourself today 📶

A snippet of this morning’s session with @subibuseko 💪

Having suffered a knee injury in her years of being a sportswoman and now applying herself as an economist I thought it to be fit to supply her joints with what it’s demanding which is an “above parallel protocol” when it comes to exercises like squats and lunges which will strengthen her knee in the process.

Follow Busi’s progress as we press towards her goal of being down 5kgs in the next 3 months.

SUNDAY 📖 LAMDAY

...”We cannot be pepped up and enthusiastic about something and feel dragged down by worry at the very same time. One kind of emotion drives out the other.”...

A song that has helped me gain a better perspective on how to relate to one another. And when personified truthfully we can all make the world a better place, yes, even in our workspace.

PAINTED ON CANVAS

“We are like children
We're painted on canvases
Picking up shades as we go
We start off with gesso
Brushed on by people we know
Watch your technique as you go
Step back and admire my view
Can I use the colors I choose?
Do I have some say what you use?
Can I get some greens and some blues?....”

I would like to share my 3 Strategic Goals for 2022.These are set to get me out of my comfort zone. Designed to scare the crap out of me and those that hear about them.
Work, focus, alignment, stability and timing will be crucial in achieving my goals.

A really good support structure is also vital in this process.

@fitspark50_pt and Kaap Fit haven't stopped training just because it’s lockdown and you shouldn’t either!

Release those endorphins and take care of your mental wellbeing.

Remember to mask up in public spaces and choose areas where you can social distance for days. The precinct outside @capetownstadium is definitely a good choice!
