✨ Belief Driven Success ✨ - With Former Professional Baseball Player Brad Robinson Our core beliefs are the foundation upon which we build our identities. These beliefs are formed early in life, often in response to our experiences, environment, and the messages we receive from others. They shape how we see ourselves, how we interact with the world, and how we face challenges. For athletes, these beliefs are particularly powerful—they influence not only their performance on the field but also their sense of self-worth and resilience. As athletes transition into life after sports, these core beliefs play a crucial role in how they navigate new identities, careers, and relationships. Strengthening positive, empowering beliefs about oneself can help athletes thrive, both during their careers and in the next chapter of their lives. #MindsetMatters #BeliefDrivenSuccess #LifeBeyondSports

Brad's experience playing on the Canadian Junior National team, the National Baseball institute, college baseball in Long Beach California, Western International League across Canada, the U.S and ultimately a pro contract offer from the California Angels, assist him in truly understanding the individual needs of the player. Brad has also had a successful career in the Fire Service for 18 years as a Firefighter, Lieutenant and Acting Captain, giving Brad an unparalleled skillset in leadership and team dynamics, most notably, the ability to understand group dynamics while building strategies for successful outcomes in extreme high pressure situations. This new episode is thought-provoking and insightful. I had the honor to chat with Brad about his journey with PTSD and his overcoming story. Click the link to join in on the conversation
