Phase 2 at the Rosewood Market!
The first phase involved removing hazardous deadwood and providing structural clearance around the building. Today was all about soil and root work.
Always a good day playing in the dirt with friends! Hopefully, as we wrap up this project, these pecans will continue providing shade and comfort for years to come. #columbiasc #newheightstreecare #treesaregood #climbingarborist

These wounds healing over always bring a smile to my face. 😊

Checking on how this tree is healing from my previous pruning cuts while doing our yearly maintenance prune on this beautiful live oak tree.

Upcoming Workshop!!
✅Saturday July 18th @ 1pm for Introduction to Rope Flow with Austin Eubanks

🟠Rope Flow is a low-impact movement practice that involves continuously twirling a weighted rope around the body in fluid, rhythmic patterns. Unlike traditional jump ropes, you do not jump over the rope; instead, the rope guides the body into synchronized rotations that build coordination, joint mobility, and core strength.

🟠Rope Flow creates fluid coordination, improves mobility, builds strength while enhancing mind body connection. It is excellent for increasing joint health in your wrists, shoulders and spine and increasing your overall athleticism.

🟠This workshop is ideal for a movement lover looking to learn a fun, new way to increase their ability to flow through movements effortlessly, reducing the risk of injury throughout the body. It is also great for people who feel uncoordinated and/or stiff that wish to feel more comfortable and confident and capable in their body

Curious about our Primal Play class? Austin builds strength and coordination with play, joy and curiosity. Working out doesn’t have to be boring- actually, we highly recommend it isn’t. Primal play is coming soon with our lunchtime class offerings!

To our community:
In case you missed it, our physical location has closed. We are ending this chapter, but that is just it. A chapter. Not the end of a book.

This chapter gave us an opportunity to really deepen as a community. It allowed us to show who we are as instructors, after experiencing “corporate friendly” yoga. It allowed us all to really connect with each other.

We are moving in to a transitional period, we have an idea of how we will shape it, but we are practicing remaining present, we are practicing non attachment. So it will be shaped each day as we become more aware, more in tune.

One thing this sudden change has taught us, is just how much we really love practicing yoga together. We don’t want it to end, we want it to continue to grow. And grow we shall, like a lotus from the mud. This fuels us to reach for the surface of the water where we will bloom. As one of our students so beautifully stated.

P.S. Thank you @simone_simplyzen for remembering to capture this moment. 💜✨
