what an amazing weekend repping @grindera 🏴‍☠️⚡️ and volunteering @battle_of_westgeorgia_natural the best show ever!

My heart is full being able to spend time with friends, making new ones and being around the #bodybuilding community. I’m so inspired by all the amazing athletes, the staff and the families and friends who came to support. Such a wonderful experience from this POV. I’m looking forward to being back on stage as a competitor.

From stepping on the same stage myself last year as the overall champ, to watching my new client @aviva_sevilla step on that same stage, this show meant so much more than a competition. @genet4me my other client helped represent the new @grindera drop coming soon!

@devante.orebeau I appreciate you so much for taking care of my girls while I attended my son’s first soccer game⚽️ so proud of what you’re building 🏴‍☠️⚡️

Getting to experience the hard work, discipline, nerves, growth, and excitement alongside them was something I’ll never forget.

And seeing so much incredible natural representation in bodybuilding made it even more special. This sport is about more than what happens on stage. It’s about the people, the work, the sacrifices, and the transformation behind it all.

And now, we’re creating something of our own.

The @georgianpc conference was so much fun! I got to see my friends I call family and meet some of the best people in the bodybuilding industry in the southeast! Always proud to represent @battle_of_westgeorgia_natural and @grindera as my home-base! Let’s go 2026💪🏻⚡️🙏

Late post… Friday went crazy 😬

Happy Friday late drop 😁
Hope y’all had a blessed one, fam.
Opened the day with my daily push-up ritual 💪🏽 since October. This consistency challenge with my friends @4evr.ev 🫶🏽 @_theritzlife 🫶🏽 @burnfit360 🫶🏽 and @_amber_fitjourney 🫶🏽 has me sharpening the blade every single day until Dec 31, 2025.… discipline over mood.

Also got Chest day handled 🏋🏽🔥 No videos today, but the grind don’t need witnesses! Real grind ain’t always televised. The work was done in silence… the results gon’ speak loud later. 🥶

Friendship.

This year really humbled me in so many ways on and off stage. I was depressed, talking people off the edge when I was hanging on by faith and a prayer myself.

Despite my inner turmoil I still wanted to show up for my friends and celebrate them. In exchange, they unknowingly poured so much into me reminding me of my light/aura & essence. I didn’t know how much I needed it until I received it. I couldn’t be more thankful, great-full and blessed to have such a village.

The company you keep is not to be taken lightly.

I love you all 💜

One month later I’m just now coming off the high from competing in my very first bodybuilding competition. 
What they don’t tell you about this journey is how much it’ll test your faith, your patience, and your mind. There were weeks my body wouldn’t move, no changes, nothing. My posing was trash, my confidence was shot, and I started to question if I even belonged on that stage. 
There were nights I cried out to God to help me stay focused, help me keep going. One hour and thirty minutes of cardio a day. 20k steps. Training till failure. Still clocking in for work. Still showing up when nobody saw me breaking. 
A month before my show, I wanted to quit so bad. I told no one. I just kept my head down and prayed my discipline would carry me through. And it did. 
I didn’t just build a body. I built a woman who doesn’t run from hard things.  The one who finishes what she starts.

Bodybuilding is often called a lonely sport, but I would never have made it to my very first stage without my support system.

First and foremost, God. None of this would be possible without His blessing. He’s the reason I keep believing when things feel impossible.

My husband, @aryasuprayogi. Thank you for loving me through every roller-coaster prep mood swing and reminding me that ✨the sky is the limit✨. You’ve been my rock through it all.

My mom & family. Thank you for understanding this unusual path I’ve chosen (and for never getting bored of my meal-prep containers every time we hang out lol). Your support means more than I can ever say.

My coach, @ketosavage. Robert, you are living proof that bodybuilding can be done with a keto-based approach. One of a kind. Truly SAVAGE!!! Thank you for pushing me and cheering me on while ALSO promoting your very first show! Huge kudos!!
